Why am I still paying for software that I don't HAVE?
I would like to know why? I had already paid for the use of rental of Flash ONLY for ONE YEAR, but not for long. I never even downloaded the new Animate CC version. I REFUSE to download its latest version or reinstall any old version of the Flash software.
I have repeatedly tried to UNSUBSCRIBE, but Adobe won't let me. I did EVERYTHING as instructed by Adobe, but they are always sending me round in loops. I answered questions and have always come back to square one.
