  The V-sync is the vertical sync.

  It may depend on which version of Photoshop, it is.  If this is a standalone version as CS6 or earlier, then you just need to open this application on this machine and choose Help-> Deactivate.   If it is a creative cloud installation then you must disconnect the Desktop Manager.

  I don't know if it's possible, but you could try to go into display settings and set an external because it is main if possible display and then disable the laptop with Fn + F2 but idk if it will remain inactive if you portable computer power, then on again :/

  Update: how to do this, right-click on the screen area and select the screen resolution while having the connected external display then of you will find a drop down a 3rd or a 4th do not remember but inside, you'll find stuff like show desktop on the screen 1 or 2 to find out what your external display screen number is and apply it to this form then computer laptop screen should turn black as it is turned off and you will see desktop area is on external display so I hope that this has resolved your request.

  Why is it a problem? It's normal. It is IMAP to work, which allows each of your devices see the same repository of email, on your ISP server. Delete a message and it has disappeared, deleted from the server so it disappears from all other devices.

  If you want to take the traffic messages, but want to keep for future reference, I suggest that move you to a folder under the Local Folders account in Thunderbird.

  Android devices are usually quite selective about what email they download, so you do not necessarily have a full copy of everything stored on the server as in your phone or tablet.   The alternative is to use POP, where each device e-mail client makes its own local private copy. It will also delete the original from the server, unless your e-mail client offers you a place to leave a copy.
