Since we moved, so I can't find the package with the product key, or the disc. I have $75 in gift cards from Microsoft, I need to buy new win 7 hp. Almost all retailers (in store and online) competitive price a new copy for about $119. We have been saving, and with gift cards, I would have just enough money to buy win 7 hp for my daughter. I went to our Microsoft store in the Mall. (Don't forget I saved for about 6 weeks, we are on a budget, then gift cards have been a miracle!) Guess what? The only place that I can use the maps from Microsoft wants $199.99. To add insult to injury - I can't use gift cards for purchases in line-HELP! We waited 2 months just to be left out... I am very disappointed by Microsoft.

  This will create one. ISO file (disk image) which can be burned to disc

  Hi Kennt,

  You are looking for in your printer, it doesn't have an option to bypass the alignment process, which means that it will continue to ask, you can scan the alignment page. If the alignment message appears on the computer through the software, you can see if it will let you to cancel it, but if not you will not be able to bypass alignment. You can check your user guide as well, but at this point, I'd call the HP Technical Support in your area and inquire about trade in the program for your printer.

• I can't use Acrobat CS6 because it says that my creative cloud subscription has expired.

  I have signed up for the composition of creative cloud of 1 year, but canceled after a few weeks (got a refund) and bought CS6 on DVD. I uninstalled only three CC programs I had downloaded (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) and installed CS6. I registered CS6. I can see it in my Adobe account. Everything worked. Now when I try to open Acrobat, it says that I need to renew my subscription creative cloud. I spent an hour chatting with Adobe technicians last night, and they finally said I need to get a new email address. Is this really the only option?

  MaryAnn2 what version of Windows 8, you are using specifically?  It is 32-bit or 64-bit?

  Please try to rename the following files located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

  caps

  Adobe PCD

  SLStore

  You can rename them to something similar to caps.old for example.  These folders contain files of licenses Creative Cloud that apparently are not able to be removed by using the uninstall or the cleaning tool.

• Cannot sync the new songs from IPod after transfer library external HD

  A few days ago, I consolidated my library on my external HD to clear a space on my PC (Surface Pro 3). Then, yesterday, I downloaded a new album and even though my iPod shows on ITunes it has not added the new album.

  Music sync is unchecked, but I don't want to lose what is now on my IPod to Sync music. I tried to do the thing "Choose library", but when I click on the ITunes Media folder on my external hard drive it opens just the folder. It won't let me set it as my library.

  Any suggestions on what to do?

  Sound like you may not be having the media on external rather than the entire library. If so the shift Start iTunes, use the option create and make a new iTunes library called iTunes at the root of the drive, move your media folder in the iTunes folder and then add content to the library. See make a library of portable split for some information on the Organization of the library.

  See also recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device. You may be able to recover ratings and playlists to the device.

• Windows Live Mesh devices does not record

  I'm trying to sync a file between two computers.  the computer with my docs sync is off.  the folder is already syncd to Sky player.  I'm trying to set up another computer to synchronize the same folder.  I goto devices.live.com, in the folder, select the devices, then select the second computer.  the Web page tells me that I have added the new computer in the folder syncd.  However, the syncd folder does not appear in live mesh on the new computer.  I go back to the select devices in the Web page and only the original computer is selected.  I tried selecting and save the new layout several times.

• Live Mesh 2011 - what to do after the reconstruction of my PC?

  I have a question about Live Mesh 2011.
  I have been running mesh on my desktop PC to save the files, etc, but have recently had to rebuild the PC due to some system problems.

  I wanted to check what is the correct way to restart the PC refurbished mesh to ensure that all the files that I saved are reloaded back?

  I am worried if I start it like before, it might delete files synchronized on lattice rather than copy them on the PC.

  The name of the PC before reloading was STUDY-PC. Now, I see that on the mesh, it's called the PC even after reloading STUDY-PC1, but I only started to sync until I know, I just do.

  Any help or advice on what I can do would be appreciated.
