  Hello

  I am currently writing a book on the Pages and am having problems with the Table of contents.  It no longer seems an internal hypertext links or the possibility to use bookmarks.  I tried to copy the model of the ebook.

  If I'm looking at the table of contents, and I want to change something in Chapter 4, for example there is no way to get there that I was able to understand.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Pages 2015 is not a product. Pages v5.6 and v5.6.1 are names of legitimate product out in 2015. We need this level of detail (menu Pages: pages) to the feature address that may be different between one-off releases.

  V4.3 pages ' 09 was the last product of Pages who have supported intradocuments bookmark linking. You understand, that if you had Pages ' 09 installed before any installation of v5 Pages, product Pages ' 09 is now sitting in your Applications folder: location of iWork ' 09. Use only if you have because it will give you much more control over the functionality of your document you will have with v5.6.n Pages. Features such as pages face to face, alternating left/right page and the linked text boxes.

  When you build a table of contents in the v5.6.1, Pages you can select and Format Panel will change to reflect two tabs: Table of contents and the text. The Table of Contents tab has checkboxes for the paragraph styles that you want to appear in your table of contents and page numbers (# s) where paragraph TOC styles are used in your document.   I tried to contact customer service about a problem I had with my DirectX, and frankly, the 'service', I received from the client has been obnoxious. On the rare times where I actually managed to get in touch with someone, I was treated with complete disregard. For example, I was on a live chat this morning, and after asking three times if I could speak to a supervisor, she agrees finally to connect to one. Twenty minutes later I had not plugged to a supervisor, so I let her know that I've been waiting for twenty minutes. She closed simply disconnected the cat and I now have to wait several hours to be connected to another cat. Microsoft employees have been totally disrespectful to me and their service has been horrible. How can I make a complaint about the problems I had to deal with? And how can I get in touch with someone who will really help me to solve my problem, as they are supposed to. You know, because it's their job?

  I just wanted you to (a) I had a very similar experience today that sent my blood pressure skyrocket through the roof and (b) the 'support' (?) provided by MS seems to have got better with the release of Win10.   To be fair (?) to Microsoft, they're probably dealing with a considerable number of complaints, requests and similar with the launch of Win10, but in no case should justify "hang up" on frustrated users who are asking valid questions about Microsoft products. Will not create us these problems, and many of us have been "actively encouraged" to use Microsoft products through some pretty compelling marketing - Microsoft is expected to provide some of this service of 'better quality' and 'innovation' they like to make out in their campaigns in the media.

  If you want to deepen your question, you might be able to find a back door into the network MS. try to do an internet search on the Microsoft contacts in your country - they like to push to good media on themselves, so you can be able to find someone who handles issues related to the consumer media. If you feel that, send them an email or (if you're lucky enough to get a phone number), give them a call. No guarantee of operation, but you can try.

  You can use Notepad, Wordpad, and Microsoft Office Word that you can use to create, edit, view, and print text documents.

  Notepad and Wordpad are the Windows default program, to use Microsoft Office Word, you must install Microsoft Office.

  In the case where the menu bar is hidden so press Alt or F10 to bring it back.

• Why even after having changed the permissions can't write to my files?

  I moved files on "users / shared" on the imac 27 "my father Yosemite retina.  He got last June but was not able to migrate because of her old imac was in Florida and North Carolina.  So, I migrated the old imac again with time machine backup charges a few months after getting the computer.  Now, I'm trying to merge the 'old' on the new computer account with the migrated account 'new', I restored it with time machine from the old imac.  I thought I was smart "passage" large libraries of film and photo of users / shared and that the account migrated from old imac. (on the same computer again) But I have no write permissions for files on the migrated account.  And making matters worse, while I can't write to files, I'm still able to corrupt them trying to change permissions and try to load them with i-movie and what not.  So now, I have a 6 GB corrupted movie library and not backup.  I tried it duplication and corrupt also.

  So my question would be "why is it when I add to the new migration full privileges to user for these files, I always failed to write about them?  Now instead, I wonder if there is a way I can fix the corrupted film library file.  Film - I tried and failed on the double.    I tried available i-movie file to 'all' as well as the addition of the new migrated user full privileges to it.  While I was able to do it without error (it seems to take the changes) or the new migrated user or former user on the new computer can write to the file (i-film library) at this stage.

  Every article help I read says just to click on info and change the privileges for what I did.  So I'm pulling my hair out.

  Hope that I was not too confusing in the way that I want to talk about the two different accounts.

  It's material is not a Windows problems.

  / Settings (BIOS/CMOS) often F2 as you start then look at the screen - make sure that is it
  is a toggle the TouchPad that it is enabled.

  Check with support of the manufacturer system, documentation online or forums that there is probably
  Shortcut keys that enable and disable the touchpad functions.

  Parameters for TouchPad located in the control panel - mouse (there may be several tabs with TouchPad
  entries) and some have a utility that loads in the Notification area next to the clock in the bottom right.

  If necessary and the TouchPad makes its appearance in Device Manager: (make sure that you have restarted at least
  only once if the above did not work)

  Panel of configuration manager devices - mouse and pointing devices - Double click on the touchpad - the driver tab-
  Click on update driver (it comes may not do anything like MS is far behind the drivers of certification), now right CLICK
  on the TouchPad and UNINSTALL.

  Then go to the USB and UNINSTALL ALL controllers except the category itself (all in). RESET

  This will refresh the driver for the TouchPad and battery USB. This does not prevent the touchpad from working.

  The similar procedure on XP, Windows 7 and Vista is the same, except that we need to clear the specific device if present.
