  Basicallt Explorer.exe does not start

  Well, that's what I did to solve the problem. In C:/Windows, I copied explorer.exe and renamed explorer2.exe copy, then I went to regedit and edited the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrewntVersion/Winlogon and change the shell to explorer2.exe and it solved the problem.
