can not insert tray multifunction color HP Laser Jet Pro 200

I'm working on a double-sided on 8.5 "x 11.0" document. The printer does a fabulous job but I had to insert another stack of documents and when I tried to close the entry door it just stopped in his tracks and hosts about 3 inches. Paper is inserted properly, although it seems to be seated later in the container than the other two I had printed earlier. When I tried to close the door load paper message went away and despite the door being partially open the document continues to print correctly. I am completely baffled. I took the current load of the book several times and then tried to put the drawer, but it stops. I don't want to force it. Even if it's perfectly printing my project, I'm puzzled that it is not an error message. Has anyone else got a happen to them?

Well, that was fast! Thank you a lot to solve the problem with the ferry to the paper. You were right. I had inadvertently touched this little blue lever and extended the tray without even realizing I had done. Lesson learned.  Thanks again. I hope one day, I'll be able to help some happless users!

    I was fed up, and HP Print and Scan Doctor gave me no indication of potential problems.  I would like a customer service representative or technician to contact me to fix this problem as soon as POSSIBLE, I need this printer for my small business and have lost a whole day trying to make it work.

    Here is a list of settings for the router company to make sure that the router is configured for a printer wireless networking:

    ~ Network name and password need to have no SPACES or punctuation
    ~ Must be using WPA security
    ~ 128-bit encryption type
    ~ Double broadcast wireless b/g/n (printer connect only to g.)
    ~ MAC filter should be disabled
    ~ The multicast must be enabled
    ~ Hello must be enabled
    ~ The value dual band 2.4 Ghz
    ~ The firewall settings should be there by default, settings or the value of lower security
    ~ Please that the following ports are not blocked:
    The incoming (UDP) ports: 137, 138, 161, 427 (iPad, 80, 443)
    Outgoing (TCP) ports: 137, 139, 427, 9100, 9220, 9500 (iPad 5222, 5223)

When I try to print a second document MS word, that work remains stuck in the tail (spooling). I can't remove it from the queue. If I restart the computer, it went from the queue.     I print mostly black and white documents. I recently had 2 ink color of defamation in the pages that are supposed to be just in black and white printed. The first was the magenta, and it might discolor the entire page. The second was yellow, and it could fade just the left and right margins. It was two cartridges to Cartridge World, and they have done very well for some time after the installation or always had plenty of ink left when this problem occurred. The manager at Cartridge World has estimated that perhaps the part of the waste of the cartridge has been complete over time and flees to the ink. He said that for most black and white print still causes the drum on the cartridges of color to turn and empty the little ink in waste room. His suggestion was to get a second monochrome printer for most usage of my impression and just this HP product when the color is required. Who is? Other suggestions? If I replace the suspicious cartridges, print returns to normal, at least for a while.

    Like many people here, my HP Lj200 M276 Scan software decided to stop working. I have installed and reinstalled the software, running printing HP Scan doctor, arrested and and started WIA and practically everything else except the reinstallation of the operating system, but I stll get THIS...

    When I run the HP print and Scan doctor, I get the following results when you try to fix the scanner...

    What the HELL am I supposed to do now? I have already started, stopped and reset the WIA and depedant services without solution.

    Well well, after much experimentation, installation/uninstallation of drivers and to change network configurations, I found the solution.

    Do not use wireless!

    Going back through the history of my network, I realized that the last time that my scanner was working is when I got the printer connected to the router with a cat5b ethernet cable. So I released a port on my router, disabled the function the printer wireless and cable.

    Down and behind, the scanner software works! I can scan with the 10 Windows scanning program and the HP scanning software.

    The only explanation I can come up with, is the different network speeds, that my router supports. The wired devices run at 100Mbit, while wireless devices can be executed at 50Mbit. When I on the printer wirelessly, my computer has been connected to the router.

    When the software is run, he tried to scan, I could hear the scanner run. But to halfway through its operation the error jump upward. When I used another wireless device to scan from the printer, in this case a laptop, it worked without problem. Now that the printer is connected to the router matches the speed of the network from my computer and the printer and everything is good.

    Also, the laptop works also, so this suggests that software was delay due to the faster connection, before the printer to finish as long as the speed of connection of printers is half that of the computer.

    This is just speculation, but with everything that I've tried that sounds plausible. In addition, it's not like Support HP offered no solution, then this is the best I can find. Whatever it is, my scanner and the software works.

    I don't know why the printer is beeps sounds every time that you try to print. The printer should just do normal noises when printing or treatment, but not a beep sounds.

    You have the printer connected to a UPS power?

    I heard of this printers causing to make beeps sounds. Weird I know!

    Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector) This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

    The printer has only Fax sound volume in the options screen to change. If you have a fax cable connected to the printer, unplug it to see if it is the culprit.

    You can try the steps below to change the language to English:
    1. Click Start , click all programs.
    2. look for the HP list, that you highlight of HP, right, will open another menu that displays your printer.
    3. highlight the name of the printer, and that opens another menu with box tool from the HP device. Click the device HP Toolbox.
    4. a page opens. Click the System along the top and which opens a drop-down menu. Click on System Setup. This page of research and in the middle is language and select English. Click apply and close the window.

    Have recourse to the scanner via the preferences system for 2 years. This was recommended to me at Office Depot when I bought the machine.

    Now I have 'the scannner impossible to complete the scan.

    Copy works by function (from the machine), so scanning / copy glass is OK. Printing from the computer works as well

    (connected by USB).

    Earlier today, before installing the printer v3.1 for OSX driver, I got the message "error com.apple.imagecapturecore 9930.

    I have reset the system twice.

    Am currently with all updates.

    Still does not scan.

    The printer click Fax, and then click the Fax Menu.

    Click Fax reports, and then click Fax of Confirmation and replace value "on Fax Send'.

    If you want the confirmation to include a thumbnail of the 1st page you can set as on "include first Page."

    I use a HP Laser Jet Pro M251 with Mac OS more recent Sierra 10.12. I tried to print a document in color from Excel and others a good percentage of the document should be printed in green. Instead of green, a very light, in some cases the struggles of the naked eye to see light YTYPE prints instead of GREEN. I then ran a test of the printer color page of the utility application of HP and there is no green anywhere on the page.

    All of my cartridges are 80% full or higher and I use the same newspaper, I am using since I bought the printer a few years ago. Indeed, nothing in my usual routine (for example all consumables and accessories) has changed. So, for the most part, my printer is not good for color printing.

    If anyone has had this problem and, more importantly, knows how to fix? I don't want to buy a new printer, but if I do, and if this problem is not easily corrected, I will not buy another HP. I'll check Consumer Reports to get advice on a new laser printer. I really liked this good printer and have, until today, thought it was an absolutely fantastic printer.

    Please help if you can. Thank you for your useful answers.

    Just a tip, I discovered the problem. It turns out that the Cyan cartridge was not good.
