Can not pay for membership of creative cloud
Hello
I tried to buy a student-to-teacher subscription to CC, but whenever I click on 'confirm' after entering my information on the page creative cloud join the page just reloads and again me. I tried with my credit card and my PayPal without result. If anyone else has had a similar problem and somebody at Adobe can give me a helping hand?

Can someone help me please?
I installed the free trial versions of photoshop and illustrator via free membership of CC. Yesterday, I decided to purchase a full CC membership. But it does not work. Photoshop and illustrator to work as trial versions. (I am so disappointed and frustrated in this regard - it's so clear what to do. Now that I paid, I expect at least a clear instruction, but the only thing I got was a Bill. There are no clear instructions, step by step for full members while you receive tons of instructions when you want to just try. Really, really disappointing.)
Annyway: How can I get my installations to run from the trial entirely running? In the meantime, I downloaded InDesign aswell as a new version of the app Manager, but also indesign it's a trial version. By clicking on the license button, I asked fot a serial number - which I did not. Says adobe Web site I don't not need serialnumbers being a user of CC and only need my Adobe ID to register. But after entering my adobe ID to register... it asks once again - how surprising - a serial number.
In Holland, we would be day where "we are sent to the Cabinet to the wall.
Please help me, I would be so grateful!

Can not activate my subscription to creative cloud on any device
Hi, I got a new debit card, which means that I got the message to update my card in my Adobe account. No worries, I've updated the map immediately, and I see that my account has been accused by Adobe - and it is currently active.
Here's THE PROBLEM: now, whenever I open any Adobe program I always get the same message "Please check your billing information" with a calendar counting how many days before they completely lock me out.
So, I tried the following...
1. I am connected to my adobe online account, and I checked my plans and my products. CHECK. It's all good. My creative cloud is active, but the only red flag it says that it is not enabled on all devices.
2. I disconnected the creative cloud application and I logged in. It was successful, but when I open all the apps, I always get the error message "Please check your billing information.
3. I downloaded the cloud Creative cleaning tool, and I ran #11 (clean the Adobe ID credentials and #12 (patch to host file), and that me offline Adobe - in my browser and the CC app.) But just as before, when I log in I still get the same error message.
4. I have confirmed that I can reach secure sites, such as the site htts://forum, on which I am writing.
5. I took out my hair.
Can someone help me understand this? I of course appreciate.

I am a student at the University of Maryland. My University gives us the creative cloud package for free, just sign in with your school ID, and they give you a product code. I have done this and downloaded CC on my old computer. This computer is dead, and now I have this - an ASUS Windows, works on Windows 8. I downloaded CC has a few months ago, and it was fine - as if it was before, with all the applications available for installation. At the point where I just installed photoshop. Now, I notice that applications only I can download (i.e. those who say 'install' as opposed to 'try') are Code edge, edge inspect, edge reflow, bridge, Scout and Gaming SDK. Photoshop is always up and running very well, but other applications that I need, which should be there in this package (InDesign, first, etc.) are listed with only the option to try a free trial version. I have no idea what happened - nothing significant has changed in my computer, other than a replacement of the screen. Help please!

Can not connect 2 devices with creative cloud
Hi, I have a creative cloud account and have problems to connect the two devices with the same account.
Normally, I should not have questions this.
On the first device works perfectly. But when I connect from the second device (I disconnect from the first), I get only trial versions of apps, some of them has expired and I can't verify license.
'No subscription found' message. But on the applications tab, all the applications are installed.
I don't see what the problem is.

You should not have to log out or if it's just two devices. A subscription allows having two devices signed in at the same time.

CAPTIVATE CC wouldn't being not listed for download in creative cloud - please help
I signed and I have more creative cloud; However, after the purchase of my annual subscription of Captivate, he failed to appear in the cloud creative app to download. I tried the following:
- Stop creativity demand of cloud and restarted the application
- Restarted my PC
All creative cloud applications are downloaded and updated as it should be, less Captivate. I checked on my account that the subscription is active for the next year.
A bit of information on my system:
- Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1
- Intel Core i5-4300U CPU
- 8 GB RAM
I tried to find a number of reminder and whenever the online troubleshooting send me in a circle and did not provide a customer support number to call.

Update problem - need creative Cloud - can not install or uninstall the creative cloud
Updated until 2015 for CC. Found I needed InDesign CC 2014 of a plugin we use to function.
CC InDesign uninstalled and reinstalled CC 2014 2015. Now Creative Cloud says that he is missing or damaged.
I tried to reinstall, didn't work. Tried to uninstall, could not because I CC apps.
Any ideas how to make this work?
