Try running the Muse of the applications tab after signing in. If the problem persists then please let me know what operating system are you using and I will tell you more troubleshooting accordingly.

I used the versions updated creative cloud 2015 (CC 2015) for a year with a student permit I received through my college program. Now that my 1 year license is over, I want to continue to use the BOUGHT MY CS6 programs but it tells me to renew my subscription. What should I do? I own ALL of these programs but can not access! I bought my Creative Suite 6 programs in 2013. I have a website I update every day and absolutely need these programs!
I can't afford simply to pay for a subscription to the CC. That is why I thought that I would continue only to use my programs CS6 once my 1 year increased. Help, please!
If you still have questions, you can uninstall and reinstall CS6 after uninstalling CC.

means that you have tried to use sfc/scannow from start > run, your experience is not surprising. This 'solution' is often suggested by people who don't really understand what this command does. It does not help to restore a missing rundll32.exe file.

What is the name and version of your anti-virus application? When (approximately) their subscription expires? What other antimalware applications installed? What other antimalware applications you used recently to scan your computer?
If you have not yet used the "software to remove the REG files and etc." return for refund or throw it out. "Registry cleaners", 'tuners', etc. are not useful. If you used to "clean" the registry, use its "undo" feature (if it has one) to restore the registry. Longtime MS MVP PA Bear:

What probably happened is that your antivirus application deleted or quarantined in your file rundll32.exe thinking he was infected. He could have, but probably not. Note that c:\windows\system32\dllcache is a hidden folder, but you who type in the address bar of Windows Explorer (or copy and paste), the folder should open anyway.
Assuming you manage to restore rundll32.exe, download, install, update and run full scans (not at the same time) with each of the following free tools.
