Can't completely uninstall the trial version of the creative cloud
Hey guys! So finally, I subscribed to Adobe Creative cloud after using the trial version for a month. But whenever I try to download the creative cloud on my computer, I get this error message saying that I have a creative open cloud. I then uninstall all the software that I had the trial version, but I still get the error - 86. What can I do? I had the creative cloud, so I could easily work on projects from the House class. Thank you
The it guy at work made me download the Adobe uninstaller program. After doing this I go to re - install the creative cloud on my computer and it worked. Thanks for chiming in well ^^

I can't connect to the creative cloud and download my apps
Yesterday, I bought the teachers edition CC,
I connected and connected to the Behance.
I wanted to download apps, then he let me download first CCdesktop.

3. I used adobe cleaner uninstall ALL previous versions of my adobe, I actually cleaned ALL. The log file shows a few parts and files that could not be deleted. But all the Creative Suite 5 programs have disappeared.
4. I asked the help of online chat also. After an hour of waiting this session help wasn't going anywhere. I'm advised me to use the Firefox browser, although I've tried it on chrome, ie, and opera already. I was advised to remove all cookies in the temporary folders, the chance either. Then the friendly adviser wanted my host file, but I was so hierarchical after 4 hours of trying, I gave up just there.
Now I always try to get creative cloud desktop to connect to the adobe servers, so I can actually download some apps I desperately need now.
Y at - there someone out there who knows what that is my problem, or what else can I try to connect to the creative cloud?

I deleted the links adobe.activate buttom and now I finally have access to the applications.
Wish I went to 1 minute with the help of session last night

Hello, I have tested Adobe Creative Cloud evaluation edition and now want to uninstall it. However, when I on my 8.1 Windows machine gos to control panel-> add or remove programs-> Adobe Creative Cloud-> uninstall... I get the following error message: "creative cloud for desctop could not be deleted. Creative pourrait applications that are installed on the computer, to work correctly. As I use a Danish computer, I don't know the exact wording. However, it is something like that.
I already have installed other products like Photoshop CS6 Adobe, which I like to keep installed.

Can not connect to the creative cloud
I bought Creative Cloud as a teacher and was able to download and use the applications successfully. However, when I try to log into usinging my adobe id, I get a message that my email is not checked. When I click on the link to check my email, it gives me a message saying the email be already checked or I entered wrong info. I can log into the web site of adobe with my ID, just not creative cloud. Any help would be appreciated
I checked the email associated with your Adobe ID and you sent in this regard. You should be able to connect to the creative cloud now.

Update problem - need creative Cloud - can not install or uninstall the creative cloud
Updated until 2015 for CC. Found I needed InDesign CC 2014 of a plugin we use to function.
CC InDesign uninstalled and reinstalled CC 2014 2015. Now Creative Cloud says that he is missing or damaged.
I tried to reinstall, didn't work. Tried to uninstall, could not because I CC apps.
Any ideas how to make this work?

I have Adobe Creative Suite CS6. Recently, a system error seems to have created a problem with "Adobe Creative cloud."

as the owner of several cs 6-licenses, we used two years ago adobe offer for creative cloud of teams for the first two years less expensive - €480 per year. now at the end of the second year, we want to go cc individual membership, because it is much cheaper (individual €614, team €839 per year) and we never used the team features.
I thought I'll just use our effective subscription until last week and made new subscriptions for each adobe ID used.
anyone already done this and are there concerns? for example an adobe id can have a team AND individual membership? anything happens to the preferences stored on cc cloud?
If I seek help on adobes site, me fill for the reverse: move from the specific to the team

Absolutely!
You can switch to individual membership for your users.
Do not uninstall and reinstall applications or their folder.
If they use the same Adobe Id, they can restore the files to the cloud.

I'm running a full download of the CS6. I am able to uninstall Creative Cloud? When I try to uninstall it I am told that it is in use. I guess that I used it to upgrade Photoshop or Premiere. I don't want running in the background.
