  It would seem that the installer is corrupted. I recommend trying to use the Windows Installer Cleanup utility to force - to remove the application. Try this:
  1. go to: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
  2. click on the download link in the middle of the page
  3. save the file to your desktop or just click Run the installation of the application
  4. once the application is installed, open the utility. The utility must be located in the menu START under (START > programs > Windows Installer...)
  5. in the utility, find the application you want to uninstall, and then click the button 'delete' below
  6. once removed, restart the computer and see if you can reinstall the application

• Rectabgle gray + rectangle green appears on my desktop. How can I get rid off them?

  I have windows 7 and have used this computer since 2009. I have never had any problems with it until a couple of weeks.

  The computer got slow and I know that it is time for reformatted it, something that I don't "do it myself.  The computer tec, who built the computer to get a score in the computer so my information would be recorded on both sides. I had a business at the time.

  When I have not shut down the computer during the night, it was hard to start the morning. I was in and that has changed now so he won't put the computer to sleep if I forgot to close.  I had to UN plug it to operate the next morning. I loaded down Panda antivirus and it found a virus that it removed.

  In recent weeks I had that grey rectangle + a small green rectangle pop - up on my desk. In the grey box, it says 'Language' at the top, English is marked, lower than you have Italian, French, Spanish and Japanese. He said in the green box, select, previous, next, and Menu off.  I can't use "off menu" with my mouse or keys on the keyboard.  It's as if the boxes are floating above the keyboard. I wanted to include a photo and used a screenshot, but who did not take a photo of the boxes, only my counter top.

  I take a picture with my camera.

  I looked up, trying to find a solution and thought, what we call cela a language box. I went and changed to be invisible and hidden. That did not help.  Sometimes, when I restart my computer the boxes are there, sometimes not. If you do not call this a language box, I don't even know what to look for...

  Today, my computer would no start up. I eventually found a message on the initialization failed. I managed to go and "grab set up to load by default and restart again".  I did a system repair disc and used on start up. The computer seems to start ok after that, but the boxes still appear. I also used the last restore point to see if it would help. This means that Panda got deleted so I installed it and I run a check again.

  Is there an easy way to get rid of these unwanted boxes that block my bottom right of the computer?

  I would be very grateful if someone can help me with this!

  I get the same behavior as you when you try to move a VM PoweredOff to a DRS cluster, specifying the cluster as the value for the parameter - Destination to Move-VM (using PowerCLI v5.1 Rel 2 v5.5 Rel 1).  Not quite what I expected.

  To work around the problem, and without having to appoint a particular host as destination, you could use some Get-Random, do something like:

  Move-VM myVM0 -Destination (Get-Cluster myDestDRSCluster | Get-VMHost | ?{$_.State -eq "Connected"} | Get-Random) -RunAsync
  

  Who should receive the machine said cluster and on a host that is in the connected state.  A subsequent operation to the market (whenever do you eventually) should then see DRS power on the virtual machine on a suitable host in the cluster.

  Maybe the dev team can comment if this behavior is the expected or desired.
