I was sitting here with a full battery when I started and now it is dead... and I still don't have FireFox on my ChromeBook.

  Hi, I hope I'm in the right forum! I have a laptop Aspire with Photoshop CS5 extended. The computer's hard drive crashed and so I had to get another hard drive! Obviously as the hard drive crashed, I was unable to disable CS5 extended before the crash. I have it charging on the new hard drive and in the meantime bought a desktop computer in which I loaded CS5. Updates have been working fine on the laptop. I tried to update the program on the new computer, but continue to receive error messages. I have read in any problems and think maybe computer laptop harddrive that crashed had CS5 yet on it, as I was unable to turn it off because I didn't know he was going to crash. I am only able to load CS5 on 2 computers and if it is still on the destroyed hard drive so I'm not able to turn it off and so I presume that is why I can not download the updates on my new computer.   Home built computer with Vista installed detail. I always have backups who intend to reinstall on the machine even if the HDD or MB went bad. Full image backup was on the hard drive of withdrawal which do not damaged. Never planned to lose computer any wave of sandstorm. I reinstalled on the same computer successfully before but never tried to migrate to a new computer.  Cannot uninstall Vista from your old computer, because it was submerged in salt water and died.   -Old address hotmail.co.uk (which I use daily).

  -For my Apple ID I use outlook.com. This e-mail address appears in my account, but I use it for mail. The confusing is that my new address iCloud does not appear like this outlook.com you do.

  I have been using my hotmail address to send/receive messages, but I want to get rid of it and use my new address to iCloud.

  I click on the following: Preferences > account information > Alias > This shows my address hotmail.co.uk (not the new iCloud email address), and clicking on modify the Alias takes me to account, then + and - an email address, then I add the new address to iCloud and then it freezes!  When my wife does it to see how it should work, by clicking on edit aliases, it is automatically taken on its iCloud site where she can change all his own.

  You assumption was correct - Ministry of HEALTH - AA is compatible with Win7 64 bit and needs no compatibility setting.

  Solution 3 suggests repair disk permissions - as this is a new download of the Mavericks, I have not tried it yet

  Solution 4 suggests reset the permissions on the folder of FlexNet Publisher licensing service (Solution 1 suggested to delete it in the Library/Preferences folder and yet it is now apparently in the folder/Library/Application Support!)

  Solution 5 suggests reset permissions on the Adobe PCD folder - there isn't one on the new or the old iMac!

  Solution 6 proposes to delete the cache.db - journal in the Adobe PCD folder - see above

  Solution 7 suggest re-formatting the drive in a file system that is not case sensitive! Not really inclined to do

  Solution 8 - reinstall - new iMac doesn't have a DVD drive then how so I do? No doubt it will not solve the problem in Solution 7 anyway?

  Solution 9 - contact Adobe support - I did and spent some time on the chat with them that to say that I don't a not qualify for their help and to go to the forums

  I have searched the forums and tried various suggested corrections but no luck.

  I just bought a new computer game.  The keyboard and mouse work in BIOS.  But when win7 brings me to the first screen for all upward (which requires language and country options) both the keyboard and the mouse both stop working and their lights go out.  The mouse is a Razer Death Adder, who i saw possibly requiring drivers to be installed.  However, the keyboard is a 4000 ergonomic Microsoft natural and I expect that it works.  Can someone please help me get their work.  Any help is appreciated.
