  I constantly get an error message when I try to reply or send emails. "An error has occurred when sending mail. The mail server responded: Sorry, that domain isn't in my rcpthosts list allowed (#5.7.1). Please check the message recipient xxxxxxxx and try again". After this message, Thunderbird trying to connect to my broadband provider, but nothing happens. I've had a variety of error messages before and I'm more than irritated. My access provider messaging platform has the same parameters and works very well, the email on my phone and my tablet. My support provider broadband say it's a question of Thunderbird. Can someone advise please? Thank you.

  My first guess would be that the authentication in the Thunderbird settings do not correspond to which requires the server. (E.g. TB can be set to no authentication and the server asks.)

  Recently I can not send or forward emails to myself.  I use Windows Vista Home Premium and Windows Mail.  My Windows Mail comes through Verizon ISP.  The emails I send or transmit to myself are in my Inbox from Verizon, but they do not come in my Inbox Windows, even if it shows that I have "new message".  Even when I try to send my Verizon Inbox to myself, the email will not come, but it will tell me that I have new messages.

  Well, babacar, you were lucky that Verizon was trying to help out you.  When I called AT & T, they told me that was a problem of software 3rd party, they could not help me, and I should call Microsoft.  Like you, I am on disability and can't afford to pay the costs of assistance.  So, it is certainly a problem of Microsoft.  Maybe on one of the updates it I screwed up.

  What email account are you talking about?

  Make sure you look at the message that you want to transfer.

  Gmail: Reply/reply all / Forward is at the bottom of the email

  Email: Up/Down/Reply (Reply/Reply All/Forward) /supprimer is at the bottom of the email

  Yahoo: Same as "Email".

  Corporate Sync: Same as "Email".

  My computer is Dell, got in July 2011, and even if it came with Office 2010, I can't find Outlook on the computer using now for my e-mail program.

  Anyone know how can I get Outlook or any other suitable e-mail program?   (toll-free)

  Also I would try to re - install WKM, but I don't want to lose the messages I saved there now.

  Is there another way to save messages, like on a drive or an external drive before you try to re - install?

  My games have also stopped working, IE stops or hangs and is looking for a solution (then close), just like Windows Explorer - Win 7 OS.  I've been doing the blue screens - the last part of the error message is 0000014, Action Center tells me there is a problem with my video card but then cannot find or access the solution, and then tells me it's maybe because I'm not connected to the internet, however the Device Manager can't find no problem with the card and tells me that the driver are the most up-to-date.

  I know Formatt C: is the most likely solution, but there are a few programs and I am not able to reload the files that are on the drive now.  I think it might be time to go Mac

  Even if you can't help, if others are also the system and program problems, including the blue screen crash, I'd love to hear about it, so I know I'm not the only one.

  My computer was purchased from Dell, and their data secure to the top also accidents-, then finds a solution for turning it back on, whenever the computer is restarted - that is to say after each blue screen or an accident.

  When you say that Windows Live mail stopped sending and receiving, what is the error code that you get?

  You can try taking a return of Windows live mail emails and move it to an external drive.

  To learn more on the way back toward the top of program Windows live mail see the article below:

  This will help you to make a backup of all your emails and contacts, and then you can save it on an external drive.

  Once the backup is complete, try to uninstall and reinstall the program.

  If I understand correctly, you cannot send mail because the send icon is no longer visible.  I know how important email is and I'm happy to help you!

  Very probably the send sort icon has been removed from the toolbar.  Here are the instructions on how to recover:

  1. In the Mail Viewer or in a new message, click on the toolbar, and then choose Customize toolbar. Or choose View > customize toolbar.

  2. Do one of the following:

     • Add item: drag an element from the palette to the toolbar until you see a green plus sign.

     • Remove an item: drag an item to the toolbar until you see or hear a "poof" effect

     • Rearrange items: drag an item around the toolbar until an open space to appear.

     • Change the way items appear: click on the view pop-up menu, and then choose an option.

  3. When you are ready, click done.

• I can receive but can't send emails

  I have an Air of IPad and IPhone 6. Both have iOS 9.3.1. I have 2 email on both accounts: one works very well. But the other, BTInternet, I can receive but not send emails from a device because "your user name or password are incorrect.  However, I can send and receive emails from this account on my computer.  I tried to change password and the removal and reinstallation of the BTInternet account without success.  BTInternet says there is a problem with Apple devices and they can help.  Any suggestions gratefully received.

  Check the outgoing mail server setting. Make sure that your user name and password are there.

  Settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > e-mail > account > outgoing mail server - tap the name of the server next to SMTP check in the main server and make sure that your user name and password are entered and exact - even if it says that the password is optional.

  If you still have your old PC in working condition, with its iTunes library intact, not to use your iPod to transfer the library to your new Mac.  You transfer your data from user (not just your iTunes data) directly from the old PC to the new Mac.

  Your iPod continues to synchronize with it, because for the iPod, it's the same iTunes library (on another computer).  If you using your iPod as a data source, you add your old data to an iTunes library on Mac.  It is NOT complete.  The iPod sees it as a different iTunes library.  iPods are not designed to be your data from iTunes backup.

  However, IF the iPod is now the only place where your songs are stored (and you have no other backup), thanks for posting back.

  Not at the moment, but let me clarify that:

  Before the update birthday you could send both SMS and Skype IM Messenger + Skype app, it stopped, and I think as functionality of it will go to Skype (we assume the application overview, but it may not be called that forever).

  You can of course always send SMS from your PC using Cortana sends using your phones SMS service.

  You can send SMS via Skype, but it currently costs money, so you need Skype credit or a subscription that included text Messages (not seen one of those).

  Change the time after you have received or sent messages when the weather was bad won't solve anything. The only thing you can do now is erase all old chat history and start to charge.

  If you are able to manage a SQLite database editor, you can also try to fix the time stamp of the misplaced messages.
