Cancel/cloud creative exchange plan.
Recently, I learned that my University will pay for me to have more creative adobe so that I am studying for them, something I was unware of when I took out my current plan in May. Then I followed the links to cancel my plan, but when I clicked on the client supports the connection to try to cancel that I back to a page, I had already been on and was then sent in a circle. I need to renounce this project as a possible because I have only two months to redeem the rest of my University and worked it would soon be cheaper for me to cancel now, rather than at the end of the two months. Can someone help me with this?

Cloud creative photography plan will no longer work after El captain
Plan of creative of cloud photography for a year, but after upgrade from Mac OS X El Capitan, I stayed with corrupted photoshop and bright room has disappeared from my iMac, Adobe creative cloud app advised to uninstall and then reinstall the two programs I've done, I can not reinstall like cloud creative desk top applications saying Photoshop is up-to-date and Lightroom is waiting , so I'm stuck I can not re download a program or anything to reinstall the program

My account has been cancelled. I had my wallet stoled in June, and I had to change all my accounts credit cards.
I think that I've changed the Adobe Creative cloud credit card too.
I did not reproach or invlice of June 2016 and today I received an email sying that my account has been canceled!

I signed up for the free trial version and decided it wasn't for me. I try to cancel my subscription and get directed to the forum. This is getting ridiculous Adobe. I want to cancel my subscription immediately.
There is no need to cancel a free trial. It will end on its own. You can uninstall it at any time if you wish.

Excerpt from cloud creative and plans of work in Photoshop
I use Photoshop and from creative cloud to send assets and CSS for developers. After the upgrade to Photoshop CC 2015, the new feature of the artboard looked awesome. But when I go to open the file and create assets and CSS in extract CC, work plans appear as a single image. The individual layers in each work plan cannot bee seen, so no CSS or assets cannot be created. I'm doing something wrong? Or is this not yet supported feature?

I currently use the 2014 on monthly individual creative cloud, I plan to upgrade to 2015 CC, do I have to cancel my CC 2014 plan initially?
There is no need to give up this project with creative cloud subscription, you get the latest version CC2015. Please install the latest version and start using it.
