Cancel membership impossible

I bought Adobe Indesign with the intention of using it one month. I tried to cancel my subscription since. I continue to be directed to this page: https://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/cancel-membership.html . Unfortunately, I can't see any of the options on this page in my adobe profile. There is no phone numbers that I could locate and nowhere in my app options can I find a fact button cancel. It is certainly an intentional design decision by the company.


I want to cancel my membership as of today. I also want to recover all the additional months, that I had to pay for a service that I don't use. I can't wait to hear what we can do.
