I signed up for a one month trial and your site continues to turn in circles telling me to contact support to cancel still offers no option to cancel. There was a FREE one month trial and I don't want to keep getting charged. What I WANT is to talk to someone who will take care of my hassle of cancellation. NOW.

    So before the end of my 30 day trial, I went to stop my subscription via the button "Cancel my subscription" only to take through an infinite loop of menus 'contact' and 'help '. I've been frustrated as hell, and incredibly busy without time to deal with it I put it off for a few days. Now, I was charged for an extra month of Adobe Stock and I'm really tired. The loop of impossible "contact options" finally took me here as my only way of contact? I need to cancel it immediately and be reimbursed for the extra month that I didn't. The chat option is closed, and phone number isn't me to go anywhere.

    It is obvious that Adobe makes it as difficult as possible for people to cancel the free trial period. I'm usually reluctant to enter credit card information when it comes to "free trials", but I thought I could trust that Adobe would make this easy. It is not the case. Far from it.

    I am trying to cancel my subscription to Adobe stock.  It's ridiculous! I spent the last few hours trying to figure out, but it's impossible. I'm for the account settings, it said please contact support to cancel.  I go to the support page, go to how do to cancel the membership Adobe actions and he tells me to go to my account settings.  It's a circle that prevents you to cancel!

    I signed on 23 November and it is the 14th day of my judgment and I would like to cancel without penalty within my 14 day trial I was promised at the signing to the top!

    I don't want to be locked into a 12 month contract.  This system is a borderline scam!


    Telling people they have 10 of photo free 14 day trial, then make it impossible to cancel!
