cancellation of the subscription sends me in circles

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my subscription as well, but the system me round takes literally in circles. It is as bad as one of those scammy websites that subscribe and then make it impossible to unsubscribe.

    When we talk about creative cloud, it is annual or monthly founded subscripotion. As long as you pay, your creative cloud continues to work.

    But if you cancel the subscription, which means that your services ceased, and you stopped paying for your product.

    Subsequently, your product will be trun in TRIAL mode and if you have not used the TRIAL before, it will work for 30 days and then it will stop working eventually.

    I want to cancel the new subscription, but the online chat function"does not now" and the phone number not UK based it seems.

    Can someone tell me how the hell I cancel my single-app creative cloud for Illustrator membership (one year with monthly). I no longer use Illustrator. It is not possible to cancel online, at least not on the Danish site. I am told to contact the customer service. There are two ways to contact customer service: phone, but I'm not willing to pay for a call from Europe to (I assume) the West coast of the United States. Or Live Chat, which, despite repeated attempts yesterday and today, simply does not work - I'm getting no response, the app just times out after a minute or so


    For the moment, I see only one possibility of stop taking money Adobe me for the rest of my life. I'll have to block my credit card and start some chargebacks. Ridiculous.

    I don't know if I'm right on this forum, but this is where I was forwarded by the instructions to cancel the subscription.

    On my adobe account page, I go to my purchased products and subscriptions where I can manage the subscription to Extension Builder. There is a link to cancel the subscription. This link leads to the support page where I found a manual for the cancellation of the subscription. This manual says I need to contact adobe support, but there is no way to contact adobe support. Instead I will be forwarded to some forums. That's why I'm asking here.

    There are different options of contact according to the particular issue. Rather than choose the question ' membership, account, payment ' where I was expecting to cancel the subscription, I selected the question "Adobe ID and signature in.     Thanks for reporting the issue. This is a bug that the subscription sends a blank report. I created a bug to get fixed in the next version of the APEX. To work around the problem, you can save the report as your private report and pay for a subscription to this topic. It will send the subscription with the data in the report.

  • What happens to the documents after the cancellation of a subscription

    I operate a small business in which I am required to maintain an archive verifiable of all signed documents for the following years. If I use Adobe for some of them and then more later cancel the subscription, I continue to have access to my accumulated signed documents?  Ideally, I'd be able to download documents in an archive with intact audit trail.

    I cancelled my instant subscription of ink. I also decided to use my printer with a cable.

    Whenever I try to print something now, the software wants to connect so I can use the instant service of ink. I can only print when you click several dialog boxes.

    I tried to cancel my subscription to BBM Music via App World and demand and get an error in these two areas.  App World, it comes to declare there is an error and cannot cancel the subscription.  In BBM Music, I get the error Id: 31600.

    When I submit a support ticket by selecting 'Get support' in the App World, it will not submit saying my PIN is not valid.

    I found a way around it.  I have connected on App World via my PC with my phone connected and is go to the Subscriptions tab, and then cancelled it.  I received the confirmation of cancellation email, I received it 7 times, but it's better than when I could not cancel.
