  I had this 9700 for 2 years and my configuration of e-mail account and operational full-time.  My email has been hacked and I fixed that on my desktop CPU but my 9700 will still not receive or send emails.  I did the following:

  2. Deleted service books

  Everything I could find on correcting my email on the 9700 account is that I have to reset my email from my 9700 account information.  Unfortunately, I can not access account configuration menu email form.  Help please.

Only my opening my email to Comcast.net inhibits the Firefox, the browser that I use on a regular basis because of this problem I can't use Firefox.

  Not a problem with Thunderbird, a problem with your anti-virus crashes Thunderbird to access internet.

  Check the firewall component of the anri virus and make sure Thunderbird has full access to the internet.

  The only advice I can offer you is to use the computer of your son end access to e-mail and social networking areas. The passwords can be recalled on the computer account.

  Yes. And don't forget to check the option to leave messages on the server before accessing the account.

  How about you go to the Tools menu > modules and disabling the add-on!

  Not that I can find a "manually change the files' on the site of the add-on.

  I can find a manually records sort that does exactly what it says, but does not add and the columns you show. I can also find "additional folder columns" which aims to give your comments headers.   Firefox does not have an email, there is no "accounts of Firefox. If you access "electronic mail" with Firefox, you can use web mail. Some web mail services do not allow direct access, they want their users to access their mail from a "portal" or "Home" and will redirect any attempt to load a web site page "internal" return to home page.
