  Had to manually assign an IP address in the same subnet (which had already been done), and then restart the WMS service, then try and add it again.   1. open the INX files on your system - they will play in a new INDD file.

  2 export to INX.

  3. open this new and save as a "final" file

  It seems not only a more modern version to your use of the indexer (and thoughtfully sent you INX, because your CS3 can't open CS4 files), but a Middle Eastern version as well. Export locally to INX and opening again are a way to purge all unused information of a file; in this case, the file obtained probably exported with the notion of "use the ME Plugin", but it's a fair guess that your files do not need that at all.
