Cannot add music to a video in Windows Movie Maker

I used Windows Movie Maker to create movies and I tried to add a MP3 to a photo slideshow, and he suddenly decided to not work when adding music to a Slideshow photo had worked the last time, I tried. I have since then restarted my computer several times, and each time it doesn't always work as it had before. When I slide the .mp3 to the slide show and try to play, it has no sound at all. My speakers are on, I have troubleshooted for this. The works of .mp3 when played in a music player (iTunes), it just plays then in Windows Movie Maker. Before the audio tracks, a way of seeing sound waves - where the sound was loud and soft, but recently those too are gone, and that's what I think the problem is. It would be nice if it was a track that wouldn't play, but I tried it again with the track that worked previously, and is no longer work or the other and all other .mp3 files I put in there do not work either. What can I do to make this work?

  • Could not import the music downloaded from iTunes for Windows Movie Maker.

Could not import the music downloaded from iTunes for Windows Movie Maker.  He plays in Windows Live Movie Maker and plays on my computer.  Cannot find the codec. Tried the solution to this same question and in help.

    Hello

Some audio and video file formats are not supported in Windows Movie Maker and cannot be imported. However, if you have a video or audio file that is not taken care of, you can use a non-Microsoft video editing software to convert the file into a format supported by Windows Movie Maker, and then import the video file or an audio resulting in Windows Movie Maker. Some files also require you to install a codec before you can use the files in Windows Movie Maker.
Note: The use of third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

  • Picture in picture (video in video) in Windows Movie Maker to win 8?

    Hello

As far as I could see, the Picture in Picture (Video in video, actually) is not an option in Windows Movie Maker for Windows 8.

Is there all add on or freeware that you would recommend for this feature?

    Thank you very much.

For a set of modules that work with Movie Maker 2.6 of Vista, which installs on a Windows 8, non-free but good system also use wizards Pixelan for Movie Maker. One of their assistant packs (pack T2) has 54 picture-in-picture transitions.
