  Now, I'm pretty sure that I understand your game up. Well done to get the internet connection, sharing of work (not a simple process) but without encryption.

  I am sure that the problem lies in the Windows 7 laptop (laptop 2). When you switch cell 1 to WEP, you must also pass portable 2 to WEP and provide the WEP key you have configured with laptop 1.

  It's getting late here now, but I'll try to answer tomorrow after I have test it on my two laptops to Windows 7. In the meantime maybe I can point you in the right direction...

  • Right-click the the small icon at the bottom right of your screen on laptop network 2 and then click on Open Network and Sharing Center
  • In network and sharing Center, click on manage networks wireless (nearby at the top left)
  • Click Add, and follow the wizard to create an ad hoc network, selecting WEP and providing the encryption key you configured on the notebook 1
  • Save the network so that you do not have to repeat this procedure.

  Otherwise, when you get to manage wireless networks, if your ad hoc network is already listed...

  • Right-click in your ad hoc network, and then click Properties
  • Click the Security tab
  • Change it to WEP and provide the encryption key
  • Click OK

  The error means either that the document no longer is located in the folder it was when it was finally opened or the location that the file was initially located in is no longer in the same place.

  Example 1: I open a document in the My Documents folder, then after closing the document, I moved manually the file to the desktop.

  Example2: I open a document located on a removable hard drive. After the closure of the paper, I then disconnect the removable hard drive of the PC.

  In these two examples, Windows would be able to find the Document using the "Recent Documents" list

  Step 1: I recommend that you check the trash or see if the document is located on a removable hard drive (or USB key) that is is more attached to the computer.

  Step 2: Use recovery software of the third party to recover the document.

  Since adding a vmkernel remote interface doesn't seem to work with DVS, I simply created one on a standard vSwitch and it then migrated to the DVS. And voila: the value 9000 MTU migrated intact with her! Here are the steps I followed:

  1. put the ESX host into maintenance mode - evacuate VMs manually if necessary

  2 remove the VMKernel iSCSI/NFS to the DVS interface

If you have a PC clone, then probably you need to reformat your hard drive and reinstall the operating system. If you have an OEM computer (example: HP, Dell, ETC) there is most likely instructions when you turn on/off press F11 or F12 to return the computer to the computer.

  I installed it successfully in other XP machines, but I'm not able to do so in all Vista machines...

  I already formatted Vista.

  I have the following settings:

  -File sharing: WE

  -Public folder sharing: WE

  -Password protected: OFF

  I've run the wizard for XP network enabled file and printer sharing and then restarted.

  I put the same workgroup for Vista and then restarted.

  I don't have any of the following AVs installed:

  I.S. Norton, McAfee, Trend Micro or Kaspersky

  I downloaded the drivers from kyocera and installed on Vista and tried to add the printer again...

  Nothing seems to work. Please help me...

  The printer has an ethernet port. Connected that to the router, then install the drivers and successfully detected and installed the printer...
