Cannot add WLC 5508 7.2.111.3 Cisco first Infrastructure 2.0

Although the list of the Cisco Infrastructure compatibility matrix first on this 7.2.111.3 is supported for PI 2.0

I'm not able to add the controller to the PI 2.0.

The State of accessibility has always shown "Unknow" and the situation always SNMP "no answer for SNMP Get."

There is no firewall between the WLC and PI.

And ping test shows that it is accessible.

If I try to add the controller to port managers (I know it's not working, but I want to try the accessibility), the State of accessibility showed "Reachable" but the SNMP State always demonstrated error.

And if I use some SNMP test software to test the SNMP port. SNMP can be cited.

I try down below the "Maximum VarBinds get PDU" but no luck.

Something I can do to solve the problem?

Hi, please check on wlc 5508:
have you enabled snmp on wlc?

  • WLC 5508 high availability

    Hello

Today I have two WLC 5508 (with license for 100 AP each of them), on a single site.

    The WLC work availability (active-standby).

However, we have a new scenario, with 02 sites: A and B (attachment).

I would like to know if it is possible to work as follows:

The WLC - A as the main controller of site A. WLC - B as a backup (BDC) of WLC.-a.

The WLC - B that has the PDC site B. WLC - as a backup (BDC) to WLC - B.

    For example:

If WLC - a falls, site access Points are managed by B WLC site - B and vice versa.

    Is this possible?

How can I configure the new scenario? Don't forget, there is a site-to-site between Site A and Site b.

    Another point:

If I add more than 50 APs on Site A. How does the license number?

Should I buy a license for the two WLC?

    TKS,

    >....

    >.. .is it possible?

No. , high availability in terms of controller is supposed to be what is said, the backup controller is not 'full' - stby and cannot play other roles.

  • 1602i-e-k9 AP and WLC 5508 issue of Cisco

    Dear forum participants,

I experience a problem connection Access Point 1602i-e-k9 to WLC 5508

I upack and taken an AP on the network, it appears on the WLC (monitor > all APs), I can see it using the link details for several time.

Then he desappears, restart does not help.

I searched the forum for solutions, made AP reset via command "cli rommon-like" + button "MODE" and "reset" . After that, the same thing happens again: he appears on WLC and disappears.

    What I am doing wrong?

  • Trouble getting a Cisco 2600 series AP to stay connected to WLC 5508

    Hello

I recently loaded the independent our old APs upgrade to LWAPs.  We have a WLC 5508 to our Virtual Co - Lo and I use Flexconnect to accommodate local switch and dhcp on our sites.  I have updated more than 50 APs and joined them to the controller.  These include only the 1130AG and 1240AG models.  However they work perfectly and stay connected to the controller.  I'm having is with a new batch of 2600 series APs stay connected to the controller.  I tried to do research in what may cause disconnect it but have yet to find a solution.  I use DNS to resolve queries for CAPWAP & LWAPP APs to the controller on our EXTENSIVE network.  Read other messages I thought that this is perhaps a problem with packages to drop but have had our provider that manages Sonicwalls at both ends of the WAN confirm for me that there is no packet loss.  Here are the logs that I collected through the puttty of the WLC & AP.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AP, I do the test on:

Try to add a page to a pages document. It worked until now but just finished page 13 with text and photos and cannot add another page, using macbook pro with El Capitan and the most recent version of the Pages.

You have placed your beam to insert at the end of your text on page 13 and then apply Insert menu: Page Break? In the v5.6.2, Pages I just add a new page to a section of four pages to this approach.

  • How to recover bookmarks - cannot add, restore files or import even after restarting the pc and remove reinstall Firefox?

Bookmarks have disappeared. Cannot add new bookmarks, import from another browser, open the previous bookmarks file. I tried the solutions in Help and troubleshooting without success. CCleaner doesn't work anymore when it comes to Firefox. I've used this for years with the problem. Everything else seems to work.

Problem solved by synchronizing with my cell phone. None of the solutions in "Help" has solved the problem. CCleaner now work again.

  • Search bar does not work. Cannot add search engines.

Search bar does not work. Cannot add search engines.

  • Cannot add new bookmarks.

I'm using Firefox 34.0.5 and recently discovered that I can not add new bookmarks. A keyboard < Ctrl > d does nothing. If I click on the star to make a bookmark, I see the animation of the star wheel above the bookmark icon and turns blue in the process. But after the animation is completed, the star is colorless and no bookmarks appear in the "do not sort" or any other bookmarks folder.

I have Firefox "Reset" by the option "restart with modules disabled...". "menu of aid, but has not helped. I do not use any addons "bookmark".

My PC is running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. He has 32 GB of memory and a 256GB SSD as drive MBR (C).

Is there a solution to my problem?

Ask - Ios 9.2, but cannot add attachment in the yahoo email (pdf file already stored in icloud): drive to icloud and mail are already put in place, but don't see any files in the icloud drive (pdf in adobe already saved twice in icloud). Proof of icloud already stored is because my file name is renamed «...» (2)"in view of the repeated stops.

Save it as a separate file - don't know if you'll be able to added a PDF by email

  • Cannot add a network printer

I have a problem with the printer! I have a network printer connected to my router via ethernet. I use the printer via wifi of two macbooks.

I got an error 'printer not connected' and have already tried the following several times:

    • reset the router
    • restarted the printer
    • Reset my printing system
    • renamed the folder library/printers
    • reinstalled my driver of Canon software
    • fact a boot secured my MacBook, then a normal departure

When I try to add the printer again (of course it was removed by rebooting) I don't see anything via Bonjour (in the default tab). The printer has a valid address (via DHCP) and I can ping to my macbook. I also tried to add the printer through the address IP (IPP) - it does not print.

I get all printing stations I can find no joy... help please!

    Peter

This morning, I tried to add a printer, and - as the magic - my printer appears in the window by default. Quickly, I added, print a test page, and then other PDF via Preview. Awesome! Then I tried to print a poster with Acrobat Reader, and I'm back for the message "printer not connected" that marked the beginning of my problems a week ago. Again, I have reset the printing system, even reinstalled two versions (more recent and earlier) drivers. I can ping the printer, but cannot add via IP either.

I searched more problems and solutions print, but in vain.

    Help, please!

  • Cannot add cards: AMEX Canada blame Apple

Hi, try to add my Amex card to pay Apple and he says repeatedly it cannot add the card now, try again later.  I called AMEX and they say that it's Apple's fault because all's fine their end.  I am connected to the Internet by Wi - Fi that works fine for everything else.

At the beginning I was sent an authorization code, but thanks to my ISP email was taking too long to reach me so that the code didn't work.

I have a feeling that this is why he does not accept the card now. even if this is my personal form of payment in iTunes.

Is there a way to get the iPad Pro to go to this screen once more where I can request permission by e-mail?

    Hello

    Try the following steps:

    • Go to: settings > iCloud - at the bottom of the screen, disconnect.
    • Go to: settings > Touch ID & password - password turn off.
    • Reboot your iPad.
    • Reconnect to iCloud, turn on password and try to add your card again.

  • WNDAP360 / WMS5316 - cannot add AP since the firmware

Hi we have just updated the firmware on our access points (WNDAP360) 2 and cannot add them in the WMS5316 (ProSafe 16ap)

I tried to perform a reset, it locates the device, but the progress indicator just to 0% with the rotation of graphics. The Web page times out. Ive left it 40 minutes

I also manually configured on the same subnet, unused IP and tried to add through discovery of intellectual property

This seems to have happened since the updates of the firmware:

    WMS5316 is on 2.1.5

    WNDAP360 are on 3.0.4.0

Beforehand, they were always capricious to add like its never been clear what password to use. For reference, Ive tried our internal password that the group is configured for blank password and password password for example.

I tried adding with new IPs and also the IP existing / default

Everything I try, I can't do these Aps to add to the group / management system. Here are the recent errors in the system log:

    Now solved

Had to manually assign an IP address in the same subnet (which had already been done), and then restart the WMS service, then try and add it again. Connection is established and the progress indicator has increased. Several times he has failed when even at 40%-60% and said the authentication has failed. However he did at least change the IP address to the new so something was working.

I have left alone and returned to him and he said connected. It seems that the synch plant just constantly but ends by develops. Then I changed the password / group, it says failed again and finally himself developed.

  • Cannot add widget

How can I remedy without a full reset? I installed the app from google and I also google widget on the home screen

No, you cannot add the widget manually in this area.
Try this: (one by one until appears the widget)
    (1) starting in safe mode. You have to press on and hold the Power button and when
It says power off, hold down on it for a few seconds. Once you are in
safe mode, tap the Recents tab and see if he's back. No matter if
He's back, or if not, restart normally. See if you have it in the normal
    mode.
    (2) delete the cache and data from Google app and restart the phone.
