Cannot burn songs to an audio CD / music

I used to be able to burn audio CDs / music without any problem, but lately, only 1 or 2 songs get burned on the CD when the album has 9 songs and all parents are 9 songs in my music library.  I use blank discs new CD - R and CD - RW recommended for my laptop computer.  What causes this problem, please?

A kind assistance from anyone will be greatly appreciated.

Isabelita

Trya few CD more or clean your CD/DVD drive.  Bad disc exist.  Batch together the best brands.  As CD/DVD players are all different in quality and each of them of the same brand can have problems.  It is sometimes necessary to cleanup/maintenance (one of the few mobile elements on your system).

Very well, I was burning cd I burned a couple and a third, I put the disc in and it showed that it is in their. I did my burn list and clicked on start to burn. He acted as if she was going to burn. It is on the first track for a minute or two then came red of lil DEPISTENT what ERROR which track this continues through all the tracks. I did Diagnostics on the burner itself and it keeps coming back that it works correctly and everything goes well with the material itself. Please someone help me.

    Hi Leynak,

    1. What is the exact error message you get?
    2. don't you make changes before the show?
    3. when exactly the burn process stops?

If the song is playing, but the burn process continues to stop when inspecting the song, try turning off the upgrade of the volume:
    1. click on the arrow below the burn tab, and then click More Options.
    2. turn off the volume apply upgrade across tracks on the CD check box and then click OK.
    3. try burning the CD again.

Visit this link for more information: burn a CD or DVD in

Also check if Windows burn engine burns the disc without any problems. Visit this link for more information: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Burn-a-CD-or-DVD

  • Window Media Player - print playlist / cannot burn CD playback.

I use Window Media Player-how can I print a playlist I created. I can't copy in MS Word for example. Also when I burn a CD, it will play on my computer but not my home CD Player - how do I fix this? Thank you

    Hello

Step 1: To print a list of created play in Media Player, you will need to use a third party software. Online search using your favorite search engine to get it.

DISCLAIMER of THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

Step 2: If you burn a disc of data with music files and does not have in your mobile, home, or car CD player, check the following:

    ·          Your CD player may not support playback of CD or data DVD discs. Refer to the documentation for the CD Player for more details.

    ·          The CD can be burned to media, such as CD - RW, which is not compatible with the CD player. Refer to the documentation for the CD Player for more details.

    ·          Your CD player may not support playback of the type of music files burned on the disc (WMA or MP3). Refer to the documentation for the CD Player for more details.

    ·          The songs may be protected by copyrights. Other computers may be able to acquire usage rights and play the songs if they have a connection to the Internet, but devices such as radio cars and portable CD players will not be able to acquire these rights, so protected content will be unplayable.

    ·          The CD cannot have been closed when it burned. You can usually solve this problem by adding more songs to the burn list, then you are close to the maximum capacity of the CD. Then, try to burn the list again for a new CD.

    Hi Cory,.

This problem can also occur when your computer correctly detects the disc as a non-recordable device. Make sure that the registry key is set correctly for DVD player.

  • convert audio cd music in mp3 files

I want to take a few songs to an audio CD and convert them into mp3 files that I can put in some projects of editing the video I'm trying.  I tried the function of ripping in windows media player, but I don't know how to get the MP3 of it so I can use them.

The default location, in that Windows Media Player will rip the files is the folder of the music library.

If your video editing software does not have libraries then the path UNC normal is C:\Users\Username\Music. The standard structure they should rip would be artist-Album -Audiotrack.

The media of your video editing software add function should have a browse option to find the files, but how it is actually done will vary depending on the software.

    It doesn't sound good.
I had a similar problem of combustion and the end of the story, I replaced the drive ;(
However, try to remove the drive from Device Manager, and then again to restart the operating system should recognize the device again.
Then you could check if it able to burn the DVD s s.
I think you should also try burning different DVD media.

I have visited many work sites and the reader, and especially the calibration lens malfunction could be responsible for burning problems.
This could be a worst case and in this case, the replacement is necessary.

  • "Windows Media Player cannot burn the files to CD" error while burning a CD

My Windows Media Player says "Windows Media Player cannot burn the files to the CD. Check that the disc is clean and not damaged. If necessary, select a slower recording speed or try a different brand of blank discs.  I have burned several CD from Windows Media Player in the last year.  I used different brands of CD, since I first saw this message, but it continues to give the same message.  Whenever the burner starts to burn, I get this message.  What is the problem?

Thank you for answering my question.   I understood the question.  In the burning options, there is a tab file types.  For some reason the appropriate boxes are not selected.  The burning process has led me to believe that I had a problem of burner or CD, while he was in fact the options.  Thank you once again.
