  It very probably means there was a problem of permission before or during the update of El Capitan. Try to give you permission to the folder.

  Right-click on the folder with your documents, and then click "Get Info."

  Expand 'Sharing and permissions' and unlock the padlock at the bottom right. Make sure that your account name is in this area and your privilege said "read and write". (If you name does not appear, click on the + to add your account)

  Now click on the gear and choose "apply to the included items. This will change the permissions of all files in the folder.

  If this happened after that I try to print, it is possible that you accidentally forget to click the 'Done' at the bottom right

  I have a form that was created by printing a worksheet excel to PDF, then we are changing in Livecycle ES - the form fields have been added.   However, we cannot change the captions for a group of radio buttons and options as insert text appear grayed out in the menu.   Is it just something weird about it because of how it was created?

  Sorry, I misunderstand the question.  When you import a PDF file (created from Word, Excel or any other application), you are presented with a dialog box that gives you two options... 'Create an interactive form with fixed pages' or 'create an interactive form with a fluid layout.  If you select the option 'fixed pages', a form is created where all the master key is represented as an image and cannot be changed, also, only form 'interactive' objects can be added to the form, such as fields, radio buttons, list boxes etc..  As you have noticed, the "non-interactive" objects like "static text", and "rectangles" are disabled.  In addition, the non-interactive properties such as captions (static text) are also disabled.  LC Designer is bahaving as expected, it is supposed to give the form designer a very accurate copy of the presentation of the original document.

  If you import a PDF file and select 'Create an interactive form with a fluid layout', the 'standard' of the original PDF is editable and properties of objects, and non-interactive form Explorer (legends, etc.) will be available.

  Windows 7 laptop of my grandson, I'm migrating FIREFOX (excellent resource!) of my aging XP desktop. An existing Mozilla installation on the guarded device tries to connect to an ISP in Sydney (1000km) which kept out, I guess because the signal is too weak. Too far - on the Internet?

• Cannot change printers, reset failed.

  I cannot change my printer using Firefox. When I try to select another printer from the dropdown menu, the menu will close and I'm still on the printer I used.   Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!  I understand that you want to change the BIOS language on your system in current Dutch English.  I'm happy to help you with this.

  Was the Dutch language that the BIOS was set to out of the box or he later changed in Dutch?

  If original default systems was English, you can try to look at the motherboard of your system guide. HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - specifications of the motherboard, Thimphu. At the bottom of the page is an indicator for the riders for the BIOS and CMOS password. If your default language was English, you can use the jumper to clear the current CMOS settings, including language.

  Your laptop was purchased in Spain, and therefore the Vista operating system is also in the Spanish language.
  You cannot change it to English without buying a new drive for Microsoft Vista in English.

  In some cases, it would be possible to install a MUI (Multilanguage) package for Vista, but it works with Vista Edition full (and businesses?)
