  If the Web integrated printer server does not load when the IP address is entered, then means generally is not a direct path between the printer and the computer is trying to access.

  You mentioned that you must change the IP address.  What is the reason for this change?  The network IP addressing scheme changed so that the PC and the printer may appear as on different networks?

  I don't know if it will work in your particular situation, because it depends on whether or not it has access to an Ethernet connection.  You could try the connected printer to an Ethernet port which would be on the same network as the PC and then access it by IP addressed assigned to the Ethernet address.  Once the integrated Web server load, you can manually set the wifi information and then return to the wifi.

  I tried to open forms web planning but I get the error "unable to connect to Essbase" we have restarted the application and restarted the server. But my planning application is still unable to connect to the app essbase. I searched the forum for this issue and some suggested to ensure that the OTL, IND and PAG files are in place. I checked and discovered that PAG file is missing. We need just to restore the PAGE file, we have obtained from a backup or is there another procedure that we follow.

  You should be able to change the SSP administrator password, if you change the password, then Yes you need to update planning data sources for the connection of essbase.

In the oracle database, I found a papper «logic of starting web» about me They said that the security file is damaged and I followed the steps to recreate the security file (cwallet.sso) and then all the started application works well except the easconsole. When I try to connect it shows the message "failed to connect".
  
  I would like to say that until the drive became fully all my application worked well. It comes to my development environment. My EAS Server works well because I am able to connect using the easconsole of my production environment.

  It seems that this may have to do with the .NET Framework is installed on the computer on which you run PowerShell/PowerCLI.  Take a look at http://communities.vmware.com/message/2174319 - users have been able to solve the problem with a newer version of the .NET Framework (v2, installed v3.5 - success).

  I completed my registration with avast in license number. How I did it I don't know I could not find the screen with the orange ball, but a glance at the registration page and am a year.

  I then left my hub bt (router) and tried to get with bt openzone and to my surprise, it works. I tried twice and each time bt openzone put me in the btfon and and I opened MSN.

  I think we can say the job done.

• FDM 11.1.2.1 cannot connect to Essbase

  I use FDM for awhile but I'm new to version 11.1.2.1.
  When I put my connection to the Workbench, that I am not able to connect to the essbase server.
  
  I get a connection failed target set in the dimension.
  I used the name of the server and the (new?) NOMCLUSTER in the machine target.
  I use the admin account so Hungarian is not in the user rights.
  
  Anyone know what is different in 11.1.2.1 and could cause this problem?

  I had a problem with the administration of BI tool import a cube Essbase on a Win7 PC. I had to manually set the environment variables and everything seems to work:

  ARBORPATH = C:\Oracle\EssbaseClient
  ESSBASEPATH = C:\Oracle\EssbaseClient
  ESSLANG=English_UnitedStates.latin1@binary
  LD_LIBRARY_PATH = C:\Oracle\EssbaseClient\bin

  I also added C:\Oracle\EssbaseClient and C:\Oracle\EssbaseClient\bin in my WAY as well.

  Note that it was deffo the 32-bit client.

  We have something strange.
  We have installed just BIA 7.9.5.1 with informatica 8.1.1 sp5 on windows server 2003.
  And confiugered it according to the manual.
  
  Now, we want to set up the connection between the dac and informatica services, but we cannot make a connection when the DAC server is running. When we press on test connection it says "Please wait... "but it's for almost an hour now."
  Now when you stop the dac connect to informatica_dw_server Server works fine.
  The connection with the informatica_rep_server also, also works at the dac server starts.
  
  What have we done so far:
  -We can run pmcmd and pmrep from the command line
  -We have added the/server/bin and/client/bin directory to the path
  -We have added the infa_domains_file system variable
  -We checked the file server dac config.bat
  -We checked port in the adminconsole (i.e. 4001)
  -We rebooted everything (all services and windows server as well)
  -When we try netstat, we see that it is listening on port 4001
  State of proto local address foreign address
  TCP rst - act3ct2:4001 rst - act3ct2:0 LISTENING-> is this correct?

  I have an Equium P300-16 t and a TX-32LXD52 TV with a HDMI input terminal. I tried to connect Toshiba HDMI to TV HDMI TV AV control after.

  When I connected the cable the Toshiba reported a change in the display device (he changed the screen resolution), but when I click on the HDMI Out icon, it says could not connect.

  I just noticed that it says in the manual of the TV that the input terminal is not adapted for use with computers.

• Cannot connect to share on another server with a short name only

  • We are having a problem with a SCCM server on windows 2008 R2 enterpeise and trying to connect to another Server 2003 \\aush-pen-xxx01\c$ and gets the error message the specified network name is no longer available. I can do a nslookup and ping the server very well. can map using the ip address and the fully qualified name fine. Can get to other thin servers. and also connect to other servers to the server aush-feather end. This works if the server, then it stops again. No errors in the event log. Tried to get other disks on the server and the same issue. I created another share with permisions for all and always the same question.

    Any ideas?

    • This is the C$ which is the part of the administrator and I can access other servers. I created a test share and get the same question even if share and security permissions are at the world. When I restart the SCCM server, it's good for a while, then I get the error again. I need for SCCM to access this share. Maybe some kind of smb or implementing caching perhaps?
