Cannot delete a contact
I can't delete a contact. I go through the regular steps to remove of a contact and confirm it, but it does not delete. I can not add favorites contact t either. Contact seems to be frozen. How can I fix it?
I had a couple of times as a contact that was empty and I tried to remove it and it wouldn't. The only way I could finally remove it was to change the name, and then he would remove it. I wonder if this approach would help. First change the contact that you want to remove by changing the name. Now, after having saved it, try again to delete the contact. If all goes well, it finally clears for you.

This can be long and winded, but I spent 5 hours trying to solve this problem.
It all started when I tried to uninstall a program, but I kept getting the message that wanted me vcredit.msi (or something like that) I downloaded a copy of it and pointed out the program of this file, but it has always found a problem and wouldn't uninstall. (Add/Remove programs won't uninstall it not more)

I tried to uninstall Microsoft Visual C ++ 2005 Redistributable via Add/Remove Programs, but it won't let me say it does not find some programs.
This thing is annoys the heck out of me.
I need to set the Microsoft Visual C ++ 2005 Redistributable problem (looks like I need the new version 2008 or 2010?) and be able to install and uninstall programs. Which is somehow related.
Any ideas what to do. (Please speak as clearly as possible. I'm a fool when it comes to computers lol)

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community Forum.
The error you get can be caused by components from Visual C++ Runtime libraries that are missing or get conflicted, perhaps due to a third party software or badly configured registry settings.
So, I would suggest trying the following steps and check if the problem persists:
Method 1:
a. click Start, right-click computerand then click Properties.
b. in the name computer, domain, and workgroup settings , click change settings.
(If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click continue.)
c. click change settings , and then select the Advanced tab click the environment variables button.
d. the user variables area, click on TEMPand then click change.
e. in the Variable value box, type C:\Temp, and then click OK twice.
f. click applyand then click OK.
g. follow steps 4 to 6 for the variable of environment TMP as well.
h. confirm this folder C:\Temp exist, otherwise create a.
i. restart the computer.
j. attempt to install the application again.
If the steps do not help, try the next method.
Method 2:
If you are comfortable in changing some registry settings, then follow the steps provided below.
- Click Start and type run in start search box, and then press enter.
- Type regedit and click OK.

- Rename F942F94A19C0F79468FD2B85E5E8677B to -F942F94A19C0F79468FD2B85E5E8677B.
- Close the registry editor.
- Restart the computer.
- Check if you are able to install the application.
- Open programs and features, click Start > Control Panel >programs and features.
- In the list, find the Package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ and click on it.
- Right-click on it and select Uninstall.
- Restart the computer.

With Eloqua 10 applications I added columns customized to the Contact object successfully, however cannot delete custom columns, I added, a dependency Viewer dialog box is shown but no object is listed.
Fixed, had similar problem with deleting of custom objects, I have corrected it by deleting the data card and all exports in bulk created. applying a similar approach without deleting data in Contact entries will do everything as well and difficulty below the question. As a result of the removal of all exports, I could delete the created custom columns.
Use the below the end point to remove BulkExport
..... API/Bulk/2.0/contacts/exports/exportid.
In the event of major exports created, automate the removal of export in bulk will suffice.

Try removing the battery without turning off the phone.
Make sure its not connected to anything (cable, charger), make sure that its turned ON, then lift the battery out.

Cannot find my downloads/delete a contact
IM 2 problems with my droid. Firstly, I download a MP3 file from the browser and it dl'ed very well but when I go to read in the music section, it is not the case to find. Ive tried to get on the phone to the file but it doesn't show up. If I check the download history it download and I can play there from there, but its not appearing is not in the field of music.
As for the second problem, I want to delete a contact on my phone, so I hardpress i want more, go to remove contacts, press Yes and its still there. Anyone know how to get rid of a contact in another way? Thanks for the help.
I had a few contacts that appeared in my contact list and don't know how they got there. The only way I could get rid of them was to change the name of the contact, and then delete it. Try and see if they will be remove. I hope this helps.

How to remove a contact without motoblur backup restore? I tried to delete several contacts and before that I can move on to the next, they are restored again. This is probably google that causes this problem no blur as blur syncs with your phone after edit you it. Google is more than 1 profile in its SEO. You might have 2 google profiles, but it shows a. Try to separate this contact until you cannot ungroup it more and see all of the profiles that were part of the 1 contact in itself. Everything works except the last statement for which I get the following error:

The fact that you have an error code to go 2 would imply that it is a user defined ddl trigger prevents the fall of the objectORA-20000: cannot delete the object
Did you create triggers ddl earlier in your tests?
You should drop/disable this trigger as they try everything again.
