  A few questions for you:

  • What is the operating system you use, Windows or Mac? What version? https://www.whatsmyos.com.
  • How is the printer connected, Wireless or USB?
  • You are able to print a test page, without the computer? Video: printing a Test Page.

• Deleted print job stuck in the queue.

  Print job deleted is sitting in the queue as "suppression" and prevents me from printing anything MS Office or the internet.  I can print from the HP application to test the printing without problem so I know my wireless setup works correctly.  Just need to know how to get this file out of the print queue. Running on Windows 8.  Wireless.  It is interesting the problem document actually did print from a reliable web site but remained in the print queue.  Have restarted the modem, computer rebooted, turned printer market.  What else can I try?

  From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

  Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

  The printer has stopped working since this one file is stuck in Quebec and cannot be deleted.  I tried to restart the print spooler, but which also failed.  I use this on a wireless network with my laptop.  The printer works correctly when it is used with other computers in the House.

  Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

• Cannot delete print only

  My printer online should be linked.  However, I have selected a file to print.  I went to Cancle printing in printing (QC) she's being held.  Now the State says "deletion - feel" and is stuck.  I can't print anything else, because they are ensuites in printing only

  Go to start / Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Services and place you on print spooler.  Stop the service and then restart it.  I have beileve that should clear the queue.

  My wife accidentally supported printing app, games and daily puzzle. I tried to remove it at eprintcenter.com and it shows is no longer there, or on the list of printers to apps. Yet, it continues to print every day if I have the printer on. How can I fix?

  If the application no longer appears on the HP ePrint Center, simply add the daily application, games and puzzles, then suspend or disable and remove once more.

  I think I should use dbms_job jobs listed in DBA_JOBS. But why dbms_job.remove does not recognize dba_jobs view jobs?

  Which user are you logged as?

  Jobs appear in USER_JOBS?

  Try to run delete print jobs to remove all print jobs stuck in the queue on the computer that is printing the document. If it continues, then search for malicious software.
