Cannot download Acrobat Pro DC.  "Currently unavailable" error

When I asked to watch purchased apps to download after the signing of my account, I get the error "currently unavailable".  The problem is that it has been unavailable for several weeks.  I need this for a new computer laptop and can not access to loaded. Time becomes critical.  The new laptop is not a DVD/CD player so I can't load from disk.

Help, please!
