  We need more information to help you, please answer these questions.

  1. Are you using a 3^rd party antivirus application on your computer?
  2. Are what applications you referring?
  3. What happens when you try to access the user account guest?
  4. You did changes to the computer before this problem?

  A guest account is an account for users who do not have a permanent account on your PC. It allows people (invited) to use your computer without having access to your personal files. Users logged on to the guest account cannot install applications or hardware, change PC settings or create a password.

  Refer to the following and check information. This will help you to solve the problem of flashing screen.

  I suggest you to update the drivers to display the computer manufacturer's website and check if it helps.

  Hello.

  The start screen is determined by the deployment of the application profile settings. To replace the default splash screen, you will need to produce a series of files PNG of different sizes and pixel density.   I went to Cont.Panel and set the default home page and then click on the button Firefox then options and under general set default homepage from Firefox to open but Firefox always opens to the Firefox start page. What can I do else?

  I talked to a few people and I think I'm able to help you with this.

  There are two dictionary files, the default that comes with your version of Firefox and personal 'custom' that you create yourself with phrases and words.

  If you want to change the personal;

  1. Copy Subject: support and paste into the address bar.
  2. Next to the profile folder, click the marked File Show
  3. Find the file persdict.dat. Rename a text file, open, modify, re save it as persdict.dat and replace.

  If you want to change the default dictionary, it could be more of a problem and a lot more technique to do. I would recommend that you look at the problem differently and consider filtering of pages based on inappropriate content using Add-ons such as ProCon Latte Content Filter.
