Cannot download creative cloud or all apps
I get this message when I try to download an app and it won't let me download the creative cloud on my desk. Tried in Firefox and Safari.
Access denied
You have not allowed access to 'http://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/ILST/17/osx10-64/AAMmetadataLS20 CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg' on this server.

There are currently 5 apps that have made at least a month without an update. Actually, I uninstalled all of the creative cloud and reinstalled and the 'Retry' option and nothing works. The error message that I receive on each of the applications that will not update isiled

Please, try the following steps:
Win: Go to C/users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 and rename it.
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 and rename it.
Restart your computer, launch desktop CC, disconnect and connect.
Please let us know if still the same issue.
