  If you have a problem downloading, you don't follow all 7 steps.  as a general rule, do not carefully follow steps 1, 2 or 3 is the problem, but your browser must also allow cookies (a setting of restrictive browser) is another potential source of problems.

  My employer to buy Photoshop CC and I downloaded creative cloud.  After you have signed as my employer, I can not find Photoshop anywhere in my Applications folder and I did an exhaustive search on my Mac. When I open the CC infiinity icon - looking at the top of my screen it says just, "Photoshop CC upward to date."  How to launch the application?

  If it not here running the cleanup tool to remove Ps CC:http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html . Restart the computer and then try to reinstall the Ps of CC app.

  I tried about seven times now to get an answer to this question and I'm worried if I don't get a solution I have to cancel my plan and go with a lesser program. So I tested cliud/photoshop Creative and loved programs, so I decided to buy photoshop and remove the trial version. I bought a twelve month subscription to photoshop, waited for the payment to clear, and then tried to download. Nothing happened when I hit download and creative cloud says I do not have photoshop, but by the time of the download, I know it's to talk about the trial version. I totally this trial version of my computer and I'm afraid now that I would not have done, I would have kept it on my computer to update when I bought photoshop.

  So what can I do to get the photoshop on my computer? I tried the Adobe call and tried to sort out via chat. The two forms of communication just keep cutting so I feel like I need to fix this issue by email or here. Don't know exactly what goes wrong, but I find it weird that I could download creative cloud and the trial version of photoshop and not photoshop I paid now.

  Help, please! I need this for a company and am very worried I ruined it!

  Characteristics and control: Windows Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs

  Mac: Installer utilities/adobe/Photoshop

  Uninstall after checking the area, preferably in front of the option "Uninstall", then.

  Now go to www.creative.adobe.com & low Photo shop CC from there.

  If you're on a PC, open the Manager tasks (CTRL-ALT-DEL) and stop whatever, you can find it running.  The equivalent on Mac is called activity monitor.

• Cannot restart the computer after the deletion of XP SP3

  I had a problem with Outlook Express (he would hang whenever I tried to open it) so I thought I'd install Windows XP Service Pack 3 (I'm currently under SP2).  I downloaded and tried to install it.  It has got 3/4 of the way through the installation, and then become immune.  I hit the button cancel, rebooted and everything was normal with the exception of Outlook Express.  Then I went to add & remove programs to see if something was there that shouldn't be and noticed that XP SP3 had replaced my XP SP2 but, system information showed SP2.  I removed XP SP3 using Add & Remove programs and then restarted.  At the start, my computer is going to happen to the Windows XP start screen, the loading bar will go twice on the screen and then the comp goes in another finally restart promping me to choose the safe mode or normal boot upward.  If I choose normal startup upwards, it does the same thing again.  Safe mode works very well.
   
  I hope that there is an alternative to reinstalling windows (but I doubt that it is).
   
  If I have to reinstall windows, how to back up e-mail and address book files?  Should what type of things I write down to make sure I can reconnect to my e-mail server as soon as I did reinstall it?

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  I was able to resolve my problem starting by calling Microsoft support.  It ends up being a corrupted video driver that caused my computer to boot the system.  The driver has become corrupted when I canceled the installation of SP3 after he become inadmissible.  Microsoft support said it must have updated the driver and when I uninstalled SP3, it must have corrupted the driver.  After 95 minutes on the phone, we have the problem solved.  My problem with Outlook Express is still not resolved and I posted the problem in the forum proper.  I will try to answer the questions you posted in this forum to better inform you of what we are dealing with.  I'll have to do later as I'm typing this from work.

• Cannot download Photoshop - error 105

  I'm not able to install Photoshop on Mac OSX 10.11.5 CC. I tried to reinstall the creative cloud several times, use the CC Adobe cleaner, tried to install it as root and nothing seems to work. The last thing I did was to communicate with the cat and a guy from Adobe connected to my computer and tried to fix it. Does not work either.

  All the time, I get this error:
