Cannot download programs creative cloud behind an authenticating proxy

Where can I find the proxy settings for the creative cloud Download Manager? My dorm I have to connect to a HTTPS proxy to access the internet, but the Download Manager gives me a message 'no internet connection' every time. Is - this really unable to work behind a proxy? How can I change the proxy settings for the Adobe Download Manager?
