Follow the procedure below:
N ° 1)
Launch the Task Manager, click on the more details and end Adobe all related tasks.
Step 2)
Go to C: > Program (x 86) > " common files" > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Impossible to remove? try to rename. as old OOBE.
Step 3)
Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.
It will start the update process.
Once done, try installing Adobe applications.

I had this problem too and couldn't find an answer: what I found was that I tried to install and failed. When I looked in the C:\ drive, I found a temporary installation directory. Here's what I did to clean:
(1) keys to success (Windows + R) and type c:\ (or whatever your system drive is)
(2) look for a folder named WINDOWS $. ~ BT
(3) Rt click on the folder and rename to OLD_ WINDOWS$. ~ BT (it won't erase without admin perms, so you'll need to clean it up later.
(4) to open the Task Manager (click on rt on the Windows Start bar, select Task Manager)
(5) find and select "Installation of Windows 8 (2)" or "Installation of Windows 8.
(6) choose end task
Result:
Try running the installer again and see if it works now. If so, when you're all finished, don't forget to go back on your C: drive and delete the OLD_$ WINDOWS. ~ BT Directory

first of all uninstall cc on your computer.

If that translates into the same initialization error:
start at the top and work your way down to apply applicable patches until your problem is solved.

If your error is:
"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.
first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

I get an error indicating cc cookies dir: cannot do file / cookies: permission denied (error 13) when I tried to download the installer of creative cloud on my Mac. Can anyone help with similar pop-up window? I try to get a trial version of CS5.
You don't need to involve creative cloud to install try the trial version of CS5...
You can download the demo version of the software through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Don't forget to follow the steps described in the Note: very important Instructions in the section on the pages of this site download and have cookies turned on in your browser, otherwise the download will not work correctly.

I recommend you remove the installation of app creative cloud using the cleanup here Adobe tool: use of the cleaning tool CC to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

I downloaded the installation program Adobe Cloud but it used to open anything
SO I bought a new computer laptop lenova PC and downloaded Cloud. It worked well and was able to do photoshop (trial version), but something happened to my laptop which has forced me to restore the system.
I have redownloaded and download Adobe cloud Setup, but when I double clock it has nothing past. It'll just gimme this "initialization Installer" thing of loading and then nothing. Nothing appears more or anything like that. I check my cell phone to see if install you it no matter what but nothing. What should I do?

sometimes - for some reason-CC "unwilling" work. In this case, you should CC completely remove and reinstall by using Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)
