  Thanks for your reply, but I spent some time with support online yesterday which has managed to make me sort, I do not have a UPDATER AAM file, I could not delete the contents of the OOBE folder either, I had to rename the folder creative cloud. I was sent then the application manager - who was then updated to the new until I'm able to get apps. Long-term, but it worked. I tried the procedure you have above, just not all the steps worked for me. Thanks to the Member of the support staff who helped me, I have been literally pulling my hair out!

  Finally decided to join creative Cloud. Downloaded the latest version of Adobe Application Manager, and I can't download Photoshop because it is listed as "updated." I need to solve this problem as soon as POSSIBLE!

  Also note that I have CS5 (master) installed on my computer (I use a Mac), but before I did this, I removed all the apps from my hard drive (including empty them the trash). You are not sure if the two are related, but if so, I find it strange that only Photoshop is the problem when I got the complete collection?

When I use add printer to my laptop, I do very well, until a box opens and indicates that the printer I am trying to add, is already on my laptop, & let me not then add it.   Check if the printer is already connected.

  If Windows Vista installed on the laptop

  (a) go to control panel

  (b) select the printer and check to see if the printer is already listed. If so try to print a test page and check what is happening.

  If Windows 7 is installed on the laptop

  (a) go to devices and printers

  (b) check if the printer is already listed. If so try to print a test page and check what is happening.

  Sounds like a question of verification on any market that you have bought PS Touch. Have you tried contacting Google and Apple to see what they say?

• Update history site says that I managed to install KB 263880. 2572073; 2518864 on both computers. Refresh icon is still quick on the toolbars.

Ko 2572073; Ko 2518864 on my two computers.  Yet, icon on the toolbar shows updates to do.  @ Update site is the same updates available for download.  You run ESET AV; Scan Windows security + fix (@ aggressive setting).  The results show no infestation.  Icon remains on the toolbar of the two computers, same updates are available @ update site.  @ Quick ESET go to site was updated several times.  Have also run successfully system restore.  Site Update says these updates files have zero content + don't take no time to download.  Have made several times this loop.  Need a solution please.
