• Cannot find HP printer after reset printers on Air

  I hope someone here can help or has had the same problem.

  I recently got a new printer wireless HP Envy 5660.  Everything worked find when installing, it finds the printer on the network, and he added with the scan function.  During the last part of the installation, I had battery problems and he stopped (later I realized, it didn't matter because it was for registration and other things that could be done later).

  I have a F10 and according to the user manual, 'Sonic Recordnow' must be installed or included on a CD-ROM.
  I am familiar with Recordnow because it is also a HP desktop computer I own and is useful for backups of data on DVD.

  I searched for 'Sonic' and 'Recordnow' Explorer with no luck - the program does not appear to have been installed!

  But I guess that it s a part of the image and you will find this application if you are using the Toshiba Recovery CD. I don t think that you will find on the cd Driver & Tools.
  Sonic demand was delivered in OEM version and it is not possible to install this program without using the Toshiba recovery image.

• Media Player cannot find the videos after renaming

• I have an active account to CS6 and cannot find my serial number for upgrade to CC, ideas?

  It is a somewhat complex issue. I use CS6 daily and made the crossing to CC (due to a concert) and could not find my serial number. I ended up paying for AECC finish the job, but I hope that people super cool, rad and impressive Adobe could have my serial number lying around and be prepared to change my current CC in order to include the rest of my suite at the right price upgrade.
