Cannot find my registered products under my Adobe ID

I have Photoshop CS6. When I try to open it on the computer it me hassle on the part 'trial' lacking even if it is a complete product downloaded from a disc. I can't use it on my computer even after put it back, because it says I need to disable the program on other machines. It does not accept my serial number. (Moreover, the program has worked on this same computer before starting to give me problems with the license) I system restored again and again and still no luck. I have no access to these mobile old people who Photoshop product because they are dead. I'm here Adobe ID, click on "Plans & Products", products go down, and he said "You have no registered product." When I type in the serial key it tells me that the serial key has already been registered, but that he was not even listed or recognized as such in the product category. I paid more than $200 for him years ago. Please don't tell me to download the adobe licensing repair tool, it did not help at all, as appropriate, I think it's worse. Can I have the "maximum number" reset it please? Adobe will not offer me online chat support. I don't have enough minutes on my phone to play tag phone all day and not go anywhere. So I need support over the internet, what is the email of the tech person who can help me with this problem? Please don't make this harder it should be. Trials only last so long.

    I bought the new laptop in UK computer dockside.com laptop Satellite model C50-A-1DV.

    Now in India, I'm trying to connect Office but its asking for the product key. I check with the seller, according to him the product key should be in the box of the laptop, but we do not found.
    Again once I had word with the seller that he come back we will get the online product key.

    Preinstalled version of Office is not a full version. It is the 60-day trial version. 60 days, you can use Office and test it. If you like it, you must purchase a valid license.

    Which is the reason why you can't find the license code. Your seller is unfortunately not well informed about the products they offer.

    Rakesh: 5 when prompted, sign in using your Adobe ID (usually your email address) and password.

    I recently bought the Acrobat from adobe license XI.

    I logged into my account and downloaded the .exe file. Now that during the installation process, when I went to check the serial number under my account it gives me nothing?

    Any idea?

    I think that you normally receive the serial number via your email account.  It will appear in your account after save you it.  I speak only from my experience as a disk owner however and hear - say in these forums.  I've never bought a download.

    I get an error when I try to install 11.1.1.6 on Windows OBIEE. I get the following error message when I click on install and once 13% installation is complete:

    "Enter the disk with Oracle Fusion Middleware Business Intelligence 11g and number 4 disc label or access files containing location for the disk, then press OK"

    Failed installation. Failure of the Session of YES YES-10208: could not find the files of the product specified by the disk labeled "Oracle Fusion Middleware Business Intelligence 11 g. Impossible to continue with the installation, check the value in the variable FROM_CD_LABEL corresponds to the value in the file "disk.label" or please check if the disk is accessible.

    I tried pointing to the folder where all of my extracted files are present, but I still get the error.

    I have all my extracted files in a folder on the E drive, and RCU file on drive C as my OS is on the C drive.

    Please let me know if I should create a new folder for the extracted files.

    It was preinstalled on my Emachines... but I swapped cases and no longer have the original case with the product key.

    Contact Emachines on it... the key you get from belarc advisor may be not the right key.  It might be the OEM SLP key that can only be used from the factory.

    It's actually a compiled response someone put in place and I would attribute it - but I forgot where I copied it... such is the "internets"...

    At any rate, this describes your situation. It shows where the key is to Office and Windows and how to tell the difference. You don't mention which key you were talking about, so it covers all the basics:

    "1. you just installed Office in a retail box you just bought?  If Yes, go to control panel, programs and features programs and see if there is another copy of Office installed in addition to the suite that you have just installed.  Some pre-installed trial Office 2007 suites may conflict with the product key validation process.  If you see a copy of Office installed, then uninstall it and try to run your new new Office program.  Chances are that your product key now works.
    2. If you use the 25-digit product key that you found on a sticker on the bottom of your laptop or on the back of your desktop, then you are using the wrong key.  This key is the product key for the Windows operating system and NOT for the Office Suite.  The correct product key for the Office suite will be in one of these places:
    a. within the Cabinet Office 2007 (if you purchased Office in a retail store)
    b. inside an e-mail on the site online where you purchased Office
    c outside of the CD, on a sticker
     
    Microsoft has an article in the knowledge base that goes more in depth in the scenario of valid product key.  It is located at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836178 and would be a good place to go if the instructions above do not resolve your problem.

  • Installation file error - windows cannot find ' C:\Users\---\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\PDapp\core\... \D6\... \D...\setup.exe'

    Whenever I try to install an adobe application, I get to the menu where you select the programs to install and install the location of the folder and when I click on 'install' an error saying "Windows cannot find ' C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\PDapp\core\... \D6\... \D...\setup.exe'".

    (I had a problem with windows 10 where it does not recognize the file extension in the file name, so if I could find the file, I might be able to solve the problem by renaming it to "setup.exe", but there is no such thing as the folder/file in question)

    Please try to remove Adobe Application Manager to help cleaning tool and try reinstalling the product. In case this does not work, please rename the OOBE folder from both the location after having removed Adobe Application Manager to try again and cleaning tool.

    If you have purchased the commercial version on adobe online:

    a. then connect on adobe.com and go to 'My Adobe' > 'my orders'. You can see the order dates. Click on the date to which you have placed the order and you will find the serial number and download link.

    b. If you have registered it under your Adobe account, then navigate to 'My Adobe' > 'my products'.

    If it's an order of Volume Licensing:

    Go to licensing.adobe.com, enter your credentials and click on "licenses" > retrieve serial number. Select the code to deploy or final user ID that is used to pass the command and click on search. You should now see the serial numbers.
