  Creative cloud Packer seems to install, but when it tries to initialize once the connection I get the "Oops!" something has gone wrong"message. I was told by the provider to delete and remove the OOBE username/AppData/Local/Adobe folder to the recycling bin. Got the same results.  I am on an Intel-based PC Windows 7. Currently I have installed CC2014 desktop applications and strives to upgrade to CC2015 applications.

  Yes, you can install on the Mac and the PC. Just know you are allowed 2 activations of your Adobe applications and it will use both of them.

  I get the error message, it is because it is impossible to install Sync. I am the administrator on the machine, so this shouldn't be a permissions problem. The OS is 10.10.3.   I went on the Adobe support site and did a chat session with one of their technicians, they guided me through deleting some files on the system that prevented loading apps.  Sorry, too much detailed steps for me relay for you here, but they have had me up and running in 30 minutes.

  I installed Creative cloud on my Mac, even had to make an account to just try Photoshop CC. Never had to do in the past. But it's all about user data collection now.

  For example, by clicking on uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud in the Application folder should remove the app completely, but it just won't. Instead, a message keeps popping up saying something like the application is necessary for the proper functioning of the creative cloud app. I just want all these junk disappeared. Anyone know how to get 100% on my Mac and delete my account at Adobe? I already deleted the trial of Photoshop CC and if the removal of the Cloud application will affect my other Adobe programs, so be.

• Cannot start cloud creative app

  I have the latest version of Photoshop and Lightroom and they work very well, however I can't creative cloud app to run on my mac. The program will take care however a blue guard circle just turn inside the window of the program. I can remove the program and download and install again but I just imported all my photos of the opening to Lightroom and I'm still not up-to-date with installed programs and I'm worried I might remove some files catalog etc. Please could someone help me with a safe way to rectify the problem.

  I can't get the update of loading on the Mac bridge. Adobe CS5 extended works great and updates for the P.S. etc everything worked fine, but I can't get the update of bridge to load into the Mac. It just says failed to install. Very frustrating because I have a lot of photos with the new RAW format of the Canon Powershot G15, which can not be seen or worked on inBridge, PS or Lightroom (L.R. is also up-to-date).

  The title says most of it. I recently bought an Alienware laptop with a 128 GB SSD (which is essentially complete in the way), and a 1 TB HARD drive. I installed Creative Cloud in my 1 TB HARD drive, so I guess I can install my other apps in the same disk drive HARD right? Wrong, he keeps trying to install my apps on my already full SSD. How can I say creative cloud to install my apps in my HARD drive?
