I get to the point where it says select a Destination and install it for me only is grayed out.  There is no other choice.  Going back is my only option.

  • Cannot install CS6

    I try to install CS6 on a new computer, but it does not work. I get an indication that it has already installed on two computers. But this isn't the case, it is installed on a computer that I know of. What can I do?

    It is possible that you had it installed and activated on the two machines in the past, but do not turn it off before you remove (or otherwise it installed two times in similar circumstances).

    Contact Adobe technical support via chat and ask them to reset your activations.  Don't ask more than that or they may send you in the forums where nobody can help in this aspect.

  • Cannot install CS6 because of the draft

    some background info: I am on Windows 7 running on 64-bit.

    I am installing CS6, but a message saying that the version prelease CS6 meadow in my computer must be uninstalled. I tried to uninstall, but it wasn't appearing when I went to the control panel. I went and remove the files/folders. probably a stupid idea. I learned the adoble creative suite Cleanup tool and used to remove all the remaining files that were left uninstalled. but after running the cleanup tool and restart my computer twice, I still received the same error message. is there another way to solve this problem? I did something wrong? Thank you!

  • Cannot install CS6 master collection for mac pro book (end of 2011)

    Recently, I downloaded Adobe creative suite master collection for Mac CS6.

    However, I'm unable to install it. After you open the installer that does nothing, it does not further. I have tried to copy the contents of MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg to another folder, and then open the install.app, still no progress.

    Will you please advice because I really need to install this.

    The situation is like this, I downloaded the image on my desktop pc (which is Windows) and then compress & split the image using a winrar. I then transferred the files to my mac pro book and extract the image here. Unfortunately, there was a bug in the software unarchiver that I used on mac to extract the image.

    This bug has been fixed in a release distributed by the dev today.

    Now I can install CS6 without any problem. Thanks for the replies once more.

  • Cannot install CS6 Master Collection on windows 7-64 bit

    As the title suggests, I repeatedly tried to install Master Collection - CS6 on my machine of 7-64 bit windows at home and after a few minutes, he simply erros out. I even downloaded the trials for several of the applications and they do not install too. My download has come directly from the Adobe licensing website.

    The fixed!

    Cleaned computer and register all products such as cs4 adobe, reader etc cleaned the register etc. then installed the trial CD and it worked. The key musta been seen always installed cs4.

    I'm having a problem with my CS Master Collection most. I just installed the CS 5.5, then the upgrade to CS 6, on my macbook around new year. I have both version on a physical disk. A week ago, my Photoshop application froze and I had to force quit the application. After the reboot it kept stuck on opening screen. I went on the forum and troubleshooting to suggest using the adobe cc cleaning tool, which eventually delete all my other apps from my mac adobe.     I am in the process of upgrading to a new machine and can not get myCS6 Design and Web Premium suite to install from the DVD-ROM. I've tried three different times, and I get a message at the end, saying that Dreamweaver and Fireworks installed and are available, but some elements of the following could not be installed (InDesign (, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat X, Flash). My computer is Windows 7 64-bit. the software installed and running fine on my old machine from W7 32 bit.

    Try to install the CS6 upgrade and get an error. A run Adobe support advisor, but the inspection could not identify any problems. Found the PDApp.log and the error messages are as follows:

    I have this error with windows 8 on windows 7 has worked well.

    What I tried:

    1. run as a adminastrator.

    2. I gave all rights to every person on this pc.

    3 remove all things Adobe and again I can only install fireworks.

    What can I do now?

    I formatted al my hard drives in my pc, so I have neven installed anything before that.

    I am the admin on this pc and have the right to change something.

    I treyd the link you send, but it does not work.

    I still get the same error.

  • Cannot install CS6 on Mac

    I recently downloaded CS6 Production Premium for Mac and can't seem to install after several attempts.  Installation begins normally and makes about 1/2 across, before spitting this error:

    Help!  I already downloaded the installer twice, with the same result both times, so I don't think that is the question.  Thanks in advance to anyone who has any advice on how to solve this problem.

    Try the following-

    GoTo "/ Library/Application Support/Adobe/PDFL/9.9/Fonts".

    If you find any directory in the name of ".otf AdobeFanHeitiStd-Bold" delete,.

    or if you can't find what any directory it can be hidden. Then run the following command on the Terminal-

    sudo mv "/ Library/Application Support/Adobe/PDFL/9.9/Fonts/AdobeFanHeitiStd-Bold.otf" "/ tmp/abc.

    Now, rerun the installation program

  • Cannot install CS6 - install, upload questions

    Very frustrated.  Tried every method... downloaded download at least five times... help wanted, boards... even tried turning off "verify checksums" in disk utility.  I get different errors each time.  Sometimes download happens at the end and fails.  Download to work finally got, then install fails... then finally able to install, but fails after selecting the product names.

    He seems to have accepted my serial number, but did not once again:

    Your installation has encountered any errors.

    Incompatibility with the Installer database. Restart your computer and install again.

    He also has:

    Re-run the installation. If the error recurs, then run the CS cleaning tool and remove all products, then try to install
