  When I connect with users created locally while the computer is not joined to a domain, all works fine.   You can disable individual startup items in a selective way and eventually found the culprit.  If you have Windows Desktop Search installed, go to control panel | Filtering options and disable indexing WinMail.  Also, if you have a mail gadget in the sidebar, remove this.  Antivirus software can also screw up things, seewww.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

  In addition to Ajay has suggested, try to repair the database (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) and use its suggestions to determine which program is responsible for run Winmail on its own.  Also check 3rd party, such as antivirus, program interferences.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

  I could solve this problem by resetting the phone app to device information.

  If you have this problem, click the reset Options button and choose Delete Apps & data. This will reset your phone and hopefully solve the problem.
