8 venue Pro 32 GB cannot install office included because of disk space

Out of the box, I am unable to install the Office license included due to insufficient disk space.  I did connect to my account.  I have 4.93 GB free.  I thought that installing office was already on the disk space, but when I try to activate it comes back and tells me that it cannot install because there is not enough space.

Sigh.

So I uninstalled a bunch of store apps that came with it and that put me over 5 GB.  Then I could go forward with the Office installation that actually freed 800 MB additional

LOL, office Setup saved space.

  • Cannot install Office 2013 imaged drive of a Windows 7 Pro computer.

I need to use a disk image to install Office 2013 on a Win 7 Prop machine. It is easy through "Assembly" in Win 8, but there is no mention on how to do it with a Win 7 PC? I have downloaded the MS Office site image and I have the key code that accompanies it.

    Hello

On Windows 8, you can ride. ISO directly files. It is a new feature of Windows 8.
    Blog: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/mis_laboratory/archive/2012/08/30/mounting-iso-files-directly-is-awesome-feature-in-windows-8-for-dreamspark-and-msdn-subscribers.aspx

However, on Windows 7, you need to burn the ISO to a disc.  If a CD or a third-party DVD burning program is installed on your computer, this program could open when you double-click on the disk image file.

    See the article:

  • Satellite Pro L500-1W4 - cannot install Win 7 Pro after changing the HARD drive

    Hi all

    I need assistance with Windows.

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro with Windows 7 preinstalled pro and the recovery DVD to downgrade to Windows XP Pro.
I had to change the hard drive, so I try to reinstall Windows 7 from the recovery CD, but it does not work. He said that it is not possible to install this on this machine.

So I tried with Windows XP CD recovery and no problem
I'd rather have windows Windows 7 but I do not know how to retrieve
Last information, the Windows XP CD recovery came with the laptop that Windows 7 was made by the store who sold me the computer.

    Thank you for your help
    Julie

As far as I know there is not a kind of limitation and if there is no problem with the original recovery for Win7 disc, you should be able to install it on any HARD disk that you use with your machine.
I upgraded HDD to the SSD on my installation of picture machine and the restore worked without any problems.

To be honest, it is not easy to say what the problem is here, but the Win7 installation disc is somehow suspect for me. I don't know what model of laptop you have exactly, but somehow, I feel you didn t get original drive Win7. Best evidence is the Windows XP Home edition recovery disk. The prinziple with Win7 is the same and it should works.

When you use this disk you should have the menu as shown on http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD1303440001R02.htm

This document explains how this works with the original installation disc of recovery.

I tried reset Windows Update and about half of the 92 updates have been installed (it did not update since June 2009), but the rest failed.  I removed Mcaffe, well before its expiry, so this isn't the problem.  What else can I try?

  • Cannot install Office Ultimate 2007 due to the editing error message

Description of the problem: I have a desktop computer that I built from a kit of WGA (Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 2). This machine is an AMD based system and I had installed SP3 that caused a problem without end. I did a fresh install of XP and you have not installed SP3. This machine has everything installed at the origin of the office suites. I bought an Office 2007 Ultimate on m6mobile.fr store and tried to install it but always comes an error message: "Setup error: the language of this installation package is not supported by your system." I tried to install the software on a second DVD player, but I get the same error. I tried to install the software on my Sony Vaio laptop and it seems to install without any problem but I did not install, I just want to check if the software disk is defective. The laptop has XP Pro SP2 also. Any information or assistance be will greatly appreciate.

I could solve this problem by copying the contents of the disc on my c drive, open the folder and clicking on Setup.

  • Satellite Pro M70-113: cannot install Vista graphics driver and lines appears on the display

    Hello

I have satellite pro m70-113 with ati x 700 graphics card.

When I installed vista, he installed the default drivers for the x 700 'mobility radeon x 700-microsft Corp.-WDDM '.

I've updated the display drivers for vista, that released by toshiba 2 days back... but the driver is not updated to the latest version, only the catalyst control center is installed when I ran the update of the driver of toshiba.

The problem is that whenever I put my laptop in standby or hibernation and resume... the screen shows thin lines vertical/horizontal... and I can't use the laptop... and I have to still put the system to sleep, just to hope that it is not blocking the screen this time...

This problem is 25% of the time only when resume...

This problem is not resolved by the update driver for toshiba has released a few days back... as is not installs the drivers (I can't even install the drivers with the option "update drivers" of Device Manager and select file driver update from toshiba.) It says windows find new driver, but could not install the driver... Contact the manufacturer...)

This snap shows the problem... : http://img360.imageshack.us/img360/2783/12042007366copyod1.jpg

I updated the driver from an earlier version of catalyst, as it is downloaded from the ati site before that toshiba has released the update... this time it updates some 8. XXX version but the screen problem remains...

Second, this update of the driver leaves me not sleep my system... the process starts for a sleep, but go back to the locked screen without making sleep ever... so I have no choice to get stuck with the default Windows... drivers having only the problem of the screen... and not the problem of sleep...

    Anyone here with a solution?

    Thank you.

    Hello

I have Satellite M70-159 and I noticed the same thing several times. For most Vista works well but I don't remember cases in which the described problem occurs. I was just curious on M70 Vista and have had no time to intensive testing.

Anyway, it will be interesting to know if you have already updated the BIOS to the latest version 5.10. If this is not the case to do this and watch carefully if the problem persists.

  • Satellite Pro 4600 PS460E - cannot install Win XP

Since there are 2 variants of numbers on this laptop, am confused abit as forums to post on, appologise if I am wrong again.

Am pretty much run out of idea what could be the problem, so in a last effort to try to solve this problem, I thought to post it here.

I have a Toshiba SP4600 series (model PS460E), I went to format and reinstall a fresh XP install, it has now got a new 60gig IDE HARD drive, currently only 128meg ram, as it is not easy to find, and I did not belive he can handle a lot of anways.

To start the automatic windows boot from the CD-ROM drive, it crosses all pretty fine, you see all the options of drivers loading etc. at the bottom of the screen. He then came to the "Setup starts Windows' and just hangs, does not move, do not disable, does nothing, just stay on that screen and nothing else, the CD-Rom and HARD drive seem to just stop as well.

The HARD drive has been replaced as it had an old 20gig I thought could have been the problem.

I used a large number of diagnostic tools, to test the memory, hard drive, card mother/etc, the only one who crashed out bombed was a stress test version that starts ok, then 15 minutes crashses, so not sure it would be.

No idea how to fix this?

as am enough out of all atm ideas :/

    > The HARD drive has been replaced as it had an old 20gig I thought could have been the problem.
Did the same problem occurs using the old 20 GB HARD drive?
If the same thing happened with the smaller HARD drive so I guess that this problem is NOT related to a HARD disk, but in another part

Eventually he s a RAM who knows
In many cases the RAM can be the problem when the laptop do not answer...

    What temperature?
Have you noticed a temperature higher coming or warm air from the vents?
The laptop seems to be old, maybe the cooling modules are dirty and cannot cool the processor properly?
In such cases, it s advisable to clean the fan using a jet of compressed air

In any case, I think you should also test the laptop with other RAM modules

    Hello

You can try to change the mode of the SATA controller in the BIOS from AHCI compatible mode.
This would install Win XP without including the SATA drivers.

Otherwise, you will need to add SATA drivers if you want to use the AHCI mode.
Notes; There are a lot of discussions in this forum about the SATA drivers and how to install win XP using the search function of the Forum!
