  You really need a little more information such as operating system, memory, etc.

  The usual advice are something in the sense of "something has been disabled in the group policy...". ", and it is probably true that something has been disabled, but you know what something is and what it takes to do about it.

  If you are using XP Home Edition, you will get away with advice to use the Group Policy Editor, since it has no Group Policy Editor in XP Home and only
  really does not tell you where to look in group policy, even if you run the Group Policy Editor.

  You should find a line like "INFO: extraction to:...". "the newspaper of the console of your listener of the APEX. This will give you the directory where your stand-alone Instance is "hosted".
  You will find a file named apex.properties it. It contains an apex.images parameter that contains the information you want.
  Note that you can override this setting by starting your APEX headset with the additional parameter -Dapex.images = to use the location you want to use.
