  Follow these methods.

  Method 1: Temporarily disable the security software.

  Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you do not disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time that your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

  Method 2: Put the computer in a clean boot state to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  I checked for more information about this application, and I can't find anything that says it's compatible with Windows 7.

  Here is a link to the user manual indicating the minimum requirements are Windows 2000 or XP.

  You can try to install the application in compatibility mode, just click with the right button on the Setup file and choose Properties, then click on the Compatibility tab, and choose "Windows XP SP3" or something like that and try again.

  If that doesn't work I'd recommend contacting Samsung to see if they have any updates / fixes name.

I am able to install a program that already exists on the computer, so I know that installs works just not the Internet. Do not send me a link to install because it probably won't last through. I may be able to download but installation will not pass by so that the program will not work. I used the words installation and internet a lot for some reason please take account, when responding.

  You can install the .NET Framework 3 legacy in the Panel.

  Press the Windows key + X to display the system menu, and then select Control Panel.

  In the sidebar on the left, click Activate Windows on and outside features.
