Cannot install service Pack2 dllcache copy

Recently reformatted my computer with a new copy of windows XP home. After update service pack 2 during its installation, I get hundreds of reviews saying "cannot copy the abcdefg.dll file to ensure that the location below is correct, or change it and insert"Windows XP files in the drive system, you specify "copy the files from c:\windows\system32\dllcache. If I click on start, I just get the same warning, I have to click Cancel, and then continue Setup. It seems to show this warning on each file from the dllcache folder and I was cancel and continue alone. so far I did it 2 days and did not get through all the files haha. I checked on my hard drive and the dllcache folder exist and all the files, he says: I'm missing are actually in this case, I just have no idea why its not to recognize their. Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

Personal data backup (which none should be considered 100% reliable at this point) then format the HARD disk and do a clean install of Windows.  Please note that a repair installation (upgrade AKA on-site) will NOT fix it!

HOW to do a clean install of Windows XP: see method 1 and http://michaelstevenstech.com/cleanxpinstall.html#steps in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/978307

Once installed the clean, you will have the equivalent of a "new computer" in order to take care of everything on the page following before otherwise connect the machine to a network or the internet and before using a flash drive or the SD card that is not brand new, or has not been freshly formatted:
