  I was able to track down all the drivers except for an unknown device called, "hpq0004".

  From what I can tell, it's HP laptop Data Protection System.

  In any case, I tried to run the quickpac of sp33696.exe, but it fails on my system every time because the "platform not is not supported.  Also, this seems to be the software and not a chipset driver.

  Any ideas?
