Cannot install Windows 10 Pro bootcamp support software

I have recently installed Windows 10 Pro on my MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid-2015, retina), OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 (15 d 21). After Windows restarted, bootcamp has started to install drivers from support and hung on the Realtek driver. Let him all night but he still has not made progress, so I closed the installation program. Now I can't find how to restart, or to download the drivers and install them manually. I had to hold the option key when you restart back into OS X. According to the oldest documents, I tried rerunning the bootcamp assistant to download USB drivers, but this version gives me the option to restore my drive to its original state. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you.

I couldn't find a place to download the drivers for bootcamp support and discovered in training camp 6, the drivers are downloaded on a separate partition on the SSD (instead of USB drive). So I wiped the installation of windows and repartee with the intention to copy the downloaded software (which I did). Yet once bootcamp hooked when installing the Realtek driver and did some googling. I found this post that solved my problem. https://discussions.Apple.com/thread/6567790?TSTART=0

The first black with loading bar screen looks ok, then shows background blue for less than a second main facility, then goes to a black screen, after a few seconds, the DVD - Rom stops spinning, the machine is in standby mode. But with the installation of Windows 7 64-bit, there is no problem at all. Still need to run some 16-bit programs, so we prefer 32-bit windows.

    Hello

You do not need to change the boot order in the BIOS.
You can boot from the CD/DVD drive using another way

Press F12 after that laptop has propelled upward
Then a start menu should appear there you must choose the STRANGE as boot device and should press ENTER.

This would allow booting from the CD/DVD drive

You can also press the C button immediately after the laptop has propelled this should allow both CD/DVD drive. !

  • Cannot install Windows XP Pro on the Satellite A100-411

    Hello

IA´ve you have a question. I have a Toshiba Satellite A100-411 with Windows Vista Home Premium. Because of the performance that would have me much better with Windows XP, I tried to install Windows Xp on a second partition, but on the same hard drive.

The problem is that it did not work, I put the Windows XP cd in my DVD player, did a restart and started from the cd.
The first window Windows Xp installation opened and checked my system, but when he did and
wantet to start the main installation, I got a blue screen, where stood her system was closed due to an error and that I should change my video card, or should I turn caching and shadowing in my Bios.

But my video card really works and is ok and I can't find the caching and shadowing in bios, so I can't install windows xp.

So my question is is it possible to install Windows XP on the A100-411 when Vista is installed on the other Partition.

I did something wrong or isn´t is it possible to install Windows Xp after Windows Vista on an A100-411
Sorry for my bad English and greetings from the Germany

    Hello

Of course, it should be possible to install Windows XP on the second partition.
First you must create the partition. Vista provide a clean option for partitions of creation because the 3rd party applications such as Partitions magic doesn't work under Vista. In disk management you can reduce the size of a partition of first and could create a second partition on the HARD disk free space.

All your Windows XP CD contain service packs? I myself remember more old CD s WinXP don't were not delivered with SP2! In such cases, it s a good idea to create a clean XP Boot CD using 3rd application called nLite. Its freeware and you could find on the net!

For 5 years, Microsoft made it fairly easy for users of the Windows 7 operating system to get reinstall media. If you have lost your support disc or installation retail collection; either it has been damaged or defective; You can download a copy of the edition that you have licensed from a membership site called Digital River. More recently, Microsoft ended the availability to reinstall media that you can download as a. File ISO in Digital River, which is a digital reproduction of an optical disc.

It was particularly convenient for people who could not easily get the manufacturer's recovery media, did not want to pay the fees required to get or preferred a clean configuration without the software packaged manufacturers or even a recovery partition does not work. It's easy to use, all you had to do was reinstall and reactivate using the product key located on the certificate of authenticity and download all the drivers on the manufacturers website.

Given that this option is no longer available, what are your options? See the article for more details:

    Hello

Did you install the SATA drivers first?
You need this driver to recognize the HARD drive!

You must download the Intel Matrix Storage Manager. You should find it on the page of the Toshiba driver or the Intel Web site.

You must perform the installation of an external USB FDD drive using the F6 key during the installation of Win XP.

Come on HP, I need your advice please.

    Hello:

There is a very good reason that XP does not install.

Intel did not provide any sata ahci drivers for the chipset that has your laptop.

That's why you got the BSOD.  XP cannot find the hard drive.

The latest processors from Intel-based notebook chipsets which had support for XP have laptops with the 7 Series chipsets.

Not to mention the fact that you wouldn't find any graphic or wireless drivers for XP even if you can get it (that you can't) install.

    Hello

Here is another solution, you can try to see if you can get Windows 7 to install correctly.

Before you try the following, make sure that you can always read the character product activation key 25 on your label Windows COA (5 blocks of 5 alphanumeric games).

An example of a COA label can be seen here.

You can create an installation disk yourself using another PC - just download the good Disk Image ( this must be the version exact same origin supplied with your laptop ) from the link below and use an app like ImgBurn to burn the ISO correctly on a blank DVD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write that an ISO on a disc is here.  These Images are clean and a well respected source, however there are only limited versions available.

    Windows 7 sp1-iso-official-32-bit-and-64-bit

Use the disk to perform the installation, enter the activation key of Windows on the label of the COA at the request and once the installation is complete, use ' 'phone Method' described in detail in the link below to activate the operating system -this made method supported by Microsoft and is popular with people who want to just have a new installation of Windows 7 without additional software load normally comes with OEM installations.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 164-bit

Description of the problem: same problem on the computer desktop and laptop at the same time began: cannot install Windows updates (has no status)

No hardware changes or software recently made to the system: I followed the usual procedure to install Windows updates.

    Method of connection: wireless

    Technical expertise: intermediate level

Performed troubleshooting: because the error # 80071 A 90 type indicated by the system, I followed the instructions of Windows Help and Support, for example to run Microsoft Fix it which did not work; a more advanced method has also been used, who recommended to start Windows Update in Mode safe, then open Windows Update and install the updates and then restart normally. At this point, the problem was that any stage of Windows Update was available.

    Hello amib004,

As much as I know, only Windows Update cannot be run in safe mode. That being said, I saw where install several updates may conflict with each other. Try to disable all updates installation and install the updates failed one at a time.

I tried many suggestions, but none succeeded until now.

    Thank you

    MylesMor

    Hey MylesMor,

Just to tell you that laptop is not yet supported for windows 8. So I have no doubt that this could be a reason, you experience this problem.

    Here's my recommendation:
    (1) create a Bootable installation media (whether on a USB flash drive or a blank DVD). - http://goo.gl/CWE2J

    (2) save all data - http://goo.gl/nnCc9

    (3) update the BIOS to the latest version

    4) boot from the created media and perform a "clean" installation choose "Custom Installation" and delete all partitions and then install Windows 8 on "unpartitioned space". This will get around all that prevents the upgrade completion. -http://goo.gl/Kztml

And to * WARNING * you to ensure and download all the drivers of Windows 8 and software for this unit from the driver download page after the complete upgrade that does nothing right now.

Now, if you have Windows 7 is still intact you might stick with it until the phone is supported. Whatever it is, it is possible to find the majority of pilots elsewhere. It will take just more work to chase them. You may lose some minor features, however.

    Hello

Check your level of service current pack...

    • Hold down the Windows (between Ctrl and Alt) key and press Pause break
    • Examine what is listed in the system: section

If there is no service pack designated first level you must download SP2 from...

    http://www.Microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&ID=28

.. .and then run the downloaded program to install SP2.

Once you have done this, or if you were already in service pack 1, 1a or 2, then install SP3 by downloading and running from...

    http://www.Microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&ID=24

For both of the above, you can ignore the text that says it's for network installations and also ignore the text advising windows/microsoft update if a single update of a PC.

So try and get up-to-date with the Windows updates.

You are able to install some other updates?

Follow these methods mentioned below and check.
