Cannot launch Adobe Minister Pro

I can't launch Adobe Premier Pro using creative cloud

CS 5 and versions of Adobe Premiere Pro are compatible with the 64-bit processor model.

If you have 64-bit processor and installed 32-bit OS, format drive and install 64 bit OS.

Or if it's a 32-bit processor, you can not install CS 5 and above versions of Premiere Pro... However, if you wish, try CS 4 version that is compatible on 32-bit comps.

Hi, I get the error message following the launch CC15 attempt:

Cannot launch Adobe InDesign that you do not have sufficient permissions to access the preferences folders. Make sure that you have the appropriate permissions and then restart Adobe InDesign.

Any help appreciated as I passed the age trying to find a solution!

    Hi André,.

It seems your preferences and cache files have not all permissions. There are two things you can do to solve this problem:

    1. provide full access to the preferences and cache of InDesign files, more information on ERROR when you try to launch

    2. or create a new user on your system admin and start InDesign from there.

    Thank you

  • Cannot launch Adobe Application Manager

Under Mac OSX Lion Macbook Pro with Adobe Creative Cloud. When I try to launch Acrobat Pro, Application Manager tries to launch, but none came. Occurs whenever I try to launch Acrobat, so Acrobat will not work. Suggestions? I noticed there is no uninstall for Application Manager. I can just trash and try to reinstall?

    Hi Dave,.

Acrobat X has already worked? I would try to run uninstaller for Acrobat applications > utilities > Adobe Installers if avaiable, restart and then start Adobe Application Manager first of all within the Applications and then reinstall Acrobat.
