  I bought Adobe Photoshop elements 14 and 14 items first when I bought my Mac.  I'm unable to download the programs. Download starts but stop to half way through. I contacted my internet provider, they said that my connection is strong and that is not the issue.  Why I'm having such a question and what I can do?

  However, there are some other things to try. First, PES 9 has mac and windows. If the drive is not mounted on the desktop, then you are wrong one. Pick up the other and when it appears on the desktop, double-click it.  Then double-click on Adobe Photoshop Elements 9, double-click installation/configuration (do not remember who he was for PES 9, sorry). There is no automatic for PSE for mac installation, since Mac have no function for security reasons AutoPlay, and there isn't any window with instructions, either. You keep double clicking until it installs.

  1. download AAMEE 2.1 and install it on your computer.

  2. Download Photoshop Elements on your machine or if you have a DVD insert DVD

  3. launch AAMEE 2.1 and create a package.

  I have a Mac.  trying to install photoshop elements 14, I me the SN then hit it to install and it says: "the installer wants to make changes. Type your password for this' there a username, I type my password but it flashes just to me.  This is the password I use to connect to the adobe Web site.   Does not work here.

  This message 'installation wants to make changes' comes from the Mac operating system.

  He asks your local computer admin - not your password Adobe - password so that he knows that you allow the software to install.
