  • When I try to connect my computer with XP operating system, I get this error message to: rund1132.exe and cannot log out.

    original title: log question.

When I try to connect my computer with XP operating system, I get this error message to: rund1132.exe and cannot log out.  How can I fix?

    Hi KERRYYX,

    1. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
    2. When was the last time it was working fine?
    3. You have security software installed on the computer?
    4. What is the full error message that you receive?
    5. Are you able to restart and shut down the computer?

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See section to learn more about how to clean boot.

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    (b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    (d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

When you start windows, before the XP loading screen is displayed, press F8, and then select Safe mode.  See if you start a computer desktop, if it isn't you can run chkdsk /f in command prompt.

If you cannot start in safe mode, you will need to reinstall (or try a repair installation) and Yes, you will lose this data, although there is a way to back it up.  You will need to download ubuntu and burn it on a cd and backup to external media.

  • Cannot log on to any user account in vista!

I cannot log in as guest and all user accounts to work in mode safe mode, but when I try to log on to a normal user account, it says welcome, then blinks and said disconnecting, can anyone help? Online virus scanners, ran clear at all.

    1. go to Safe Mode.
Shut down your computer > turn it back on and immediately and repeatedly press F8 key until you see a black and white screen. The top/down arrow and select Safe Mode

In safe mode, do a system restore. Choose the date where you did NOT have this newspaper to the problem as your restore point.
Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, click
    > Next > finish
To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done
    .

    2. start a virus scan. Make sure that your computer is clean.

3 run a filesystem check. It's to look for corrupt files. If found, it will try to fix them if possible.

Start button > Search box type cmd > look up, do a RIGHT click on cmd.exe > click run as
    Administrator
    > in this window cmd black and white, at the flashing prompt, type sfc/scannow > press the ENTER key.

  • Cannot log on to a computer in the domain when it is removed from the domain - Windows 7 Pro, just stopped working

We have a Dell laptop with the encryption used by the principal of our school at work and at home. At the office, it connects to the network via Ethernet. Yesterday, when he returned home, he received a message that it could not connect to a server approved.  His credentials have been cached in the past and still allowed him to open a session with the same user name and password.

Now, when the laptop is not connected to the network, I can't log on to the laptop computer as a domain administrator, it cannot open a session with his account and the local administrator account cannot log on (localadmin\laptopname).  When I tried to add a new local user by using user accounts in Control Panel, I get a message that the domain is not available.  This field is the name of the computer.  Manage user--> Add--> domain accounts--> go--> locations<-- the="" only="" option="" is="" entire="" directory="" (my="" domain). ="" actually,="" this="" is="" all="" i="" see="" on="" my="" work="" computer="" too. ="" when="" did="" this="" change? ="" i've="" added="" local="" users="" in="" the="">

The rest of Windows seems to work.

Biometrics does not for one of our accounts, but they have in the past.

I might add a local account for him to use only with the following command. At least this allows him to use the laptop at home, but it creates a new profile for him so he will not have access to the files saved under its domain account profile.

    net user USERNAME PASSWORD /add
    net localgroup administrators USERNAME /add

AFAIK what has changed is that he was just updates installation before returned home and when he arrived home, things no longer work.

  • GPIB and VISA support

I need help to understand how VISA reads from GPIB. By using LabView 8.6, I'm applying to communicate with a customized by using GPIB controller. He is currently working, but I'm not sure of how to use the Enable property of termination.

I read of GPIB using VISA Read. I use 1000 for the number of bytes. VISA expiration time is set to 30 seconds. The controllers stop character is a ' > ' (ascii 62).

1 how VISA knows when to stop reading if there are less than 1000 bytes to be read, the stop character is disabled, and it is during the period? VISA stops when more no byte is coming in? It works for me with endpoints off, but with an ending to this topic is much slower and I don't understand why.

    2. I also use the GPIB-RS232 converter for certain situations. The PC has the GPIB and RS232 controller. Using the converter, I need to activate the stop character so that it works correctly.

A GPIB read should end when EOI is detected. It is one of the management interface, and is a requirement for the GPIB. A stop character of > is very strange. If any type of stop character for a GPIB instrument designed over the past 20 years or more, is, to put it politely, unusual. Your calling a controller raises another question. There is usually only a single controller in a GPIB system and it would be a device as the NI PCI-GPIB or GPIB-USB-HS. You are trying to design your own controller?

RS - 232 with none of the lines of management GPIB, you need another mechanism to put an end to a reading.

  • cannot log in to Firefox v. 12, but with c. 11 can connect

I've recently updated for Firefox c. 12, and I can no longer connect to our Web site. I went through all the steps of https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Cannot%20log%20in%20to%20websites?e=es & as = aaq
but in vain. Still cannot connect. He had no problem with the previous version of Firefox. The server log indicates only that an attempt to open a session was made, but not completed. There are no errors.

I modified the code of our /modules/basex/ext-basex.js after the suggestion of one of the Mozilla developers who worked on the bug I posted.

    Source file: http://hudesktopdevel.hucompute.org/modules/basex/ext-basex.js
    Online: 1010
    > ('timeout' r) & & (r.timeout = callback.timeout);
    It should be something like:
    options. Async & & (r 'timeout') & & (r.timeout = callback.timeout);

This solved our problem! Connection now works 12 Firefox, and he continues to work in other browsers. Perhaps, this can be the suggested fix for Extjs 3 users who have problems connecting with Firefox 12.
