  You need a camera raw 6.4 for your camera. It is compatible with PSE8 Word. You must upgrade to PSE13.   I have the latest version of camera raw installed 9.2.0.486 and I can not open all my raw files? I use a Mac and computer and a Canon Rebel XS, I've been able to open my files camera raw with no problems. Any suggestions?

  Please disable the GPU use in Camera raw

  • Go to Edition > Camera raw Preferences (Bridge) or Edit > preferences > file handling > Camera raw Preferences (Photoshop)

  The last camera raw update for PSE13 was 9.1. Your choice is:

  1. Upgrade PES
  2. Convert CR2 Adobe raw (DNG) using the free Adobe's DNG Converter
  3. Use the Canon DPP from the disk of the software with your camera

  PSE15 must be vacated before the end of September, then you might want to wait before upgrading. In the meantime, you can download PSE14 and use it on a free trial basis.

  Cannot open any jpeg full image. I'll help you with this problem.

  1. have you made changes on the computer recently?

  2. what security software is installed on the computer?

  3. are you able to open any image with other file extensions?

  4. what application you use to open the images?

  As you can see the full image in safe mode, let's try the following steps.

  Method 1.

  A clean boot to test if any element of service or third party application startup is causing this issue.

  Did you check help-> updates to see if they are available? You probably don't have the latest version of Camera Raw that was compatible with Photoshop elements 12 installed.

  You would have to buy PSE13 to do the same thing. PSE8 cannot be updated.
