  My question previous (25/02/2016 09:44) problems with the HP Solution Center has been resolved today - I can open the program and I can scan.

  But now I can not print word and excel files - the paper is completely empty. I can print emails from google, but they are difficult to read.

  In Control Panel, devices and printers, I have until now had a HP printer: HP0BAC44 (HP Photosmart Premium C309g-m) but now I also have the printer: HP Photosmart Premium C309g-m (Standard). Who would have something to do with the problem? I tried printing from two of them, but the result is the same as mentioned above.

• CS5 - cannot print single pages in tiled file - please help?

  When I go to print a document I have more to choose a range of pages to print in my files in mosaic.  "All" is selected and the "range" opion will not select.  I don't do anything different from what I did with the CS3 version.  Using Creative Suite with window 7.

  In any case, you cannot print Kindle books. Nobody here does not tell you how to remove DRM and exist themselves to this piracy in a public forum.

• FM 8 print to PDF generates bad file names. Why?

  I use Framemaker 8 on Windows XP.

  I have a book with thirty chapters, for a total of something like 1100 pages.

  I updated the book, generated table of contents and Index files and need to print in a set of files PDF, a single PDF by chapter.

  But when I do that, all PDFs are badly named. Instead of being named Chapter_1.pdf, Chapter_2.pdf, etc., that they are named BookTitle (Chapter_1.pdf, BookTitle (Chapter_2.pdf, etc.))

  I know that I managed to generate files with the correct names in the past, and I tried all afternoon to figure out how I did it. Nothing in the dialog boxes appears to control this behavior of appellation... What is it? And more importantly, how can I solve this?

  The ' * ' technique is the old, standard way to do it. Note that in FM8, the print dialog contains an additional line that asks you if you want to print the book as separate files or a single file. It is a new feature introduced with FM8 and unfortunately, uses the name of the book as part of the naming convention.

  Another BAD (broken as expected) function...

• FM crashing when it formats import / closes several files in a book

  FM hangs EVERY time it closes several files. I first noticed this problem when I tried to import the formats through all the files in a book. It would work for less than 10 seconds, and then it will disappear. My theory is that the accident occurred at each closing several files FMis and it makes sense (to me) because it seems that FM opens and closes each document in a book when the formats are imported in all of the files in a book.

  I first noticed this crash once I had changed several settings in an existing address to change the way the pages are numbered in all of the work (management wanted to change to a 'constant' numbering system from the first to the last page of the book to a relative numbering system where numbering begins with each chapter). I do not remember the specific changes I made when I got this crash, but this accident has been constant since this point.

  It is played like this...

  1. I select all the files in a book and select file/import/Formats.

  2. I click on apply, then I can get a few 'cannot Ωtre annulΘe' alerts regarding the undo history.

  3. then the accident occurred and I get the following alert from Windows...

  

  4. my solution was to open all the files in the book and then import formats. This does not create an accident; HOWEVER, the same accident will happen if I try to close all open at the same time by selecting files, right-click and choosing Close.

  5. it's really impact my workflow because the only other workaround to avoid a crash is to close each file separately, and it's extremely frustrating, especially when I'm dealing with a book that contains 60 files.

  I am a relatively new user, and I'm certainly not the more technical user in this forum. I use Windows 7 and FM 11.01.382. I searched on the internet several times and I have not found this topic, and I'm sorry if this is covered elsewhere.

  Instead of selecting all the files in the book, have you used them open all the files, options, save all files and close all files at the level of the book? In the book file, just hold down the SHIFT key before clicking on the option of the file menu and you should see the options "All".

• Color LaserJet CP1025 cannot print the PDF file

  Always add your Windows operating system during the validation of the questions.

  Start > Control Panel

  Open Printers and Faxes folder

  Right-click on the printer icon, then select open

  Are there jobs in the print queue?

  If Yes, click on file and select Cancel all Documents

  Close the queue

  Start > type services.msc

  Press enter

  Scroll down to print spooler

  Right-click on the spooler and select stop

  Wait for Windows to stop the spooler

  Start > right click on computer

  Select manage

  Click on continue for UAC window (VIsta, 7)

  Select Device Manager

  Click on the + sign next to the IEEE... compatible printers

  Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

  Click on the + sign next to printers

  Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

  Click on the + sign next to Bus USB controllers

  Right-click on the printer driver and select uninstall

  Close the Device Manager

  Make sure that the printer is turned off

  Disconnect the printer from the computer

  Unplug the printer from the wall outlet cable

  Leave unplugged for about 5 minutes

  Reconnect the cables to the

  Restart the computer

  Windows will reload the drivers

  Back to services.msc and right-click on print spooler

  Select restart

  Wait for Windows to restart the spooler

  Local services

  New attempt to print pdf

  Go to HP.com and locate the drivers available for your printer model

  2. the problem occurs only with a particular image file?

  3. how the printer is connected to the computer?

  4. What is the brand and model of the computer and the printer?

  5. have you logged as administrator?

  I see that you are unable to print the PDF scanned documents with your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-all-in-one printer. I would like to help.

  You are able to print any other format PDF on the Mac, or the question is just limited to your scanned PDF files? Whether the soft friendly PDF work with - Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader?

  In the meantime, I recommend you try the following steps:

  • Uninstall your printer - click here for instructions.
  • Fix permissions of the disc on your Mac - click here for instructions.
  • Once you have finished running the utility above, restart your computer.
  • Finally, click here to reinstall your printer.

  2. did you try to save the PDF file on the hard drive and then try to print from there?

  I understand that you cannot print the PDF files from the upgrade to Maverick.

  I'll be happy to help you with this.

  I check and repair the authorization to drive on the Mac.
  Go on the hard drive of the Mac, applications, utilities, disk utility, click Mac hardrive left side, click on verify disk permissions, when it is finished click on repair disk permissions.
  (when it's over will show disk repair completed)

  Run the Apple updates also. (the Mac uses probably drivers 10.8)

  Make sure Acrobat is up-to-date.
