cannot re - install cs6 design and web premium

Hello

I posted this in another thread but thought a fresh custom injured.

I would like to re - install my re - install design cs6 and web premium academic edition: series is accepted, connection by adobe id works, installation (preparation?) starts. He's going up to 2% and after a while it says that my version is not original.

A few weeks ago, I had trouble opening acrobat x. This is why I uninstalled the following re - install a few programs only. (since the beginning of 2013) everything worked fine

can anyone help?
